Leider total verdreckt, die Toiletten waren schmutzig, überall lagen Pommes und Müll auf dem Boden und die Tische waren im gesamten "Restaurant" offensichtlich verschmutzt. Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Wäre der Hunger nicht da gewesen, dürfte man in diesem Laden eigentlich überhaupt nichts bestellen. Sehr schade.

Never have I experienced anything so critical! In my 7 years of experience in management in the fast food industry, I have never experienced anything like this. Waiting time of 56 minutes from ordering to delivery of my food. total waiting time in total of 1 hour and 22 minutes. (incl. queue time for ordering) The manager was not to be seen as she was partly standing inside the kitchen despite the fact that, all the food for all the customers was ready and partly inside the office. At no time did she take responsibility and help with handing out food or getting one of the others in the kitchen to help. The employee at Drive thru refused to help provide food inside even though there were no cars. Instead, she used the time to stand behind and drink soda and go and clean up a bit. The same is true for the employee who was in charge of delivery at home. I counted 19 cars that ordered after we had placed our order, which managed to get their food delivered while we continued to wait. Sold out on most drinks and dips (I understand that, of course, as it can happen due to unexpected busyness) Alone in front stood the employee named Rascha, who was the only one running around trying to hand out all the food to the many waiting guests (22 orders in line) I hope you can use the feedback above to improve your BurgerKing, as well as increase your customer satisfaction.

Der hier häufiger monierte Mangel, dass es nur bargeldlose Zahlung gibt, ist schlichtweg falsch. Man muss nur am elektronischen Terminal mal richtig lesen… Diese Terminals sind aber auch für mich einfach nur eine Katastrophe. Der bestellte Burger wurde aufgrund Sonderwünsche zwar frisch zubereitet, war aber trotzdem höchstens lauwarm. Dazu geschmacklich eine schlimme Offenbarung. Nein Danke-> nicht wieder 🤷‍♂️

Food was prepared quickly and was alright overall, fries were a bit undercooked. Bathrooms were an absolute disgrace. No toilet seat, no paper, no soap, no handdryer or bin. Women's bathroom had no water or even a lightbulb.

It is only possible to order via the machines and payment only possible with card. There is no possibility to order some burgers without sauce or any other special orders, just what is in the machine. The delivery of the food takes too long as well The parking is pretty small and narrow for big cars.. and there is only one way in/out, which makes it impossible when it is full

No proper toilet in mens bathroom, and it was dirty aswell. Also the handdryer didnt work.

Nicht sehr sauber dort. Draußen waren die Tische und Stühle nicht abgewischt. Auf dem Männerklo kein Mülleimer vorhanden. Essen war ok.

The worst one I have dine in! The food is cold, toilets are really dirty and there is no heating inside!

Worst BK so far. Long waiting times, no toilet paper, no water(!) in the men's bathroom, no paper towels in the disabled stall, not all advertised meals available.

It was very cold in the building. Employees served customers in winter jackets. Food was prepared without gloves. Food...cold.

This was possibly the worst burger King experience i have ever had. The food took around 50 minutes to arrive and it was even missing different parts of it. It was cold, and the soda had very little CO2. The bathrooms were disgusting with a hefty smell of urine and the handdryer didnt work. The staff looked incredibly unmotivated and didnt smile once. The disposal of the leftovers didnt get cleaned so that the trash was overclogging everywhere and it was disgusting. Overall the worst fast food experience in my life. Stay away

Eigentlich sind die paar Sterne noch zu viel! Wir standen draußen im Regen an der Schlange. Nur eine Kasse war besetzt, der DriveIn geschlossen und die elektronische Bestellung war auch aus. Unsere Bestellung wurde jedoch sehr freundlich entgegen genommen und auch schnell zubereitet. Zum Ambiente kann man nicht viel sagen, da wir nur genervt auf das essen warteten.

Keine Person vor mir gewesen. Essen kam labrig und matschig an. Das Ambiente war komplett versifft auf den Tischen lagen essensreste und die verpackungen auf dem Boden. Die drei Angestellten standen seelenruhig hinter dem Tresen und haben sich unterhalten. Auf der Männertoilette gibt es keine Möglichkeit sich hinzusetzen und von ganzen 3 Pissoiren waren 2 außerbetrieb. Dazu der Wasserhahn abgerissen. Über dem Tresen hatten sich schon zwei Spinnen in ihren Netzen nieder gelassen.

Das Essen war okay. Drinnen würde ich nicht essen. Alles klebt. Kein Desinfektionsmittel. Wasserhahn auf WC defekt. Handtrockner als Föhn ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr geeigent,aber dieser war sowieso defekt.

Der gute Mann hinterm Verkaufstresen war wohl überlastet oder neu angefangen.Erst konnte er den Coupon auf meinem Handy nicht richtig lesen ,wollte mir was ganz anderes geben.Dann fragt er nicht danach was ich trinken möchte ,sondern sagt gleich ,keine Cola mehr.Dann bekomme ich mein Menü....alles kalt...Die Pommes auch sehr nüchtern....

Es geht so. Die Pommes waren total OK. Der Burger war schief und krumm… Was mich hier gestört hat, waren die Toiletten. Also so etwas darf nicht sein. Das Wasser fließt schlecht, kein Handtrockner. Die Toiletten im schrecklichen Zustand. Ekeliger Geruch. Und das an einem Ort wa man essen möchte. Schade.

Here they have very slow service, serve cold food and cold drinks, and serve very small portions of food for your money. The workers here didn't even attempt to smile. Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Edit: I got food poisoning the day after.

Classic Burger King. Good was good, fast service and easy access from highway.

Only one out of three ordering screens were working causing a huge line. We were not able to order personally. They forgot three items from our order, so we were not pleased.

Food was ok. Cleaniness and toilets where below average. Small Restaurant with few parking spaces.

Friendly, clean and pleasent. Food Burger King have it your way. Only the onion rings could of been fried longer.
