Absolutely delicious. Everything here had great flavor and was rich. The complimentary cheese and bread was delicious and really had a nice blend of flavors. The salad we got with the hummus and other sauces went very well with the provided bread. The lamb had a slight gaminess that I appreciated and overall was very good. The service was great and everyone was really kind. Will come back.

Delicious grills. My advice to the new customers like ourselves, don't make our mistake, don't go with any heavy appetizers, like Aush or soups, their main course food is very tasty, and the portion is huge, you won't be able to finish it. I deducted a star for couple of observations, both are directed to the management; first, for raising your prices averaging 20%, that is still acceptable due to the recent inflation, and considering quality of the food served, the beautiful location, and to keep up the prices with few other contenders. What's not acceptable is keeping lil stickers on the old menu prices instead of printing new ones. Second reason, when a bill of a customer closes to AED 800, please don't charge him another 20 for a single additional roasted tomato. Excellent food n service, wishing you all the best, definitely I am coming back. 😋

My first ever Iranian experience and I loved it so much!! The grilled meat is so delicious. The salads were exceptional. The tea with saffron was one of the best I have ever tasted!! I highly recommend this place for future visits!!

Don’t go there for breakfast EVER, they don’t have breakfast menu. They got us soup salad and two eggs. Who will eat soup at morning. At end they charged us AED 200 for nothing. We left and went to another place to have breakfast because we were all still hungry.

This was my first time trying Iranian cuisine and I hope it isn't the last! The food, tea, and desert were fantastic and bursting with flavor. The staff were wonderful and the music playing in the background really helped give it an authentic feel.

The food was amazing , It reminded me of my Iranian parents food. The Kebab kubideh is one of the very best dishes Ive ever tasted but we also enjoyed the Juicy Chicken & Meat kebabs. I have known this place for a long time since I love that delivery from this restaurant. Especially I love meat dish which is served with saffron rice with butter. It is quite irresistible! Here at this branch of Downtown, you can enjoy Iranian food in the ambiance of truly busy Dubai. You can find the nearby parking just downside.

Loved the traditional Iranian food, had the Limoisine Kebab. The lamb / beef Kebab was absolutely outstanding. The cheese they served with the fresh salad was beyond amazing. I called for it 3 times.

Not only The food is superb but location is amazing. On top of all, the service is excellent. You will believe that once you look at Nazmul who is supervisor there. I see him for the past 10 years in this restaurant and in their Dubai Marina branch. He is always well groomed, well dressed very polite and very professional. His discipline is inspiring to me.

Iran zamin is located right in the heart of dubai, downtown ... a beautiful place with nice view all around. One can easily find parking in p2 which is very near to restaurant. Food at Iran zamin is delicious. Kebabs n rice has a nice flavour to them.one can definitely go for this place if they are in mood of good food and yes iranian tea is a must have .

Iran Zamin Restaurants is at the prime location of Downtown Dubai. The restaurant serves authentic Iranian and middle Eastern cuisine. It's an amazing place with spacious seating area. The art pieces at the entrance are elegant and traditional. I particularly enjoyed Mirza Ghassemi (made with egg plant)from starters. The main course was exceptionally good, minced lamb kebabs were delicious, stewed chicken with rice was outstanding especially the flavour of berries, grilled chicken was scrumptious and well tendered. I would not miss to mention their special Iranian tea as I enjoyed every sip of it. Give it a try if you haven't!!!

The kababs cooked with the finest and freshest ingredients, cooked with perfection. Love the juicy texture and tenderness of the Chicken and lamb Seekh Koobideh. The Barbary rice was also cooked quite well. Wasn't hard. The fries were crispy and not oily. No doubt persian food is always the best. Service: All the staff were very friendly and happily greeting. The location is also quite good where there is easy access to free parking of Boulevard Downtown basement parking. It sometimes become hard to get parking but Emaar have resolved this issue. What I liked: Two things what I really liked about the place is 1. Quantity: They Quanity of food was really amazing. Generally I have seen the price isn't worth for quantity but Iran Zamin provides both good quantity but worth price. 2. Time frame: Normally kababs take longer time but the food was really quick on time which is what I really liked about. 3. Authentic Iranian cuisine With the fantastic view of Down Town in a reasonable price sounds unbelievable but i get to experience that in Iran Zamin resturant today. I had heard alot about their kebabs. And when i tasted them today i realized why they are a must try. They were simply delicious. I really liked the ambiance. Perfect dinning spot for families. Iran Zamin without a doubt the best Persian restaurant in UAE. The food was cooked to perfection. We are definitely going back again!

Nice restaurant with a really great food! Staff is very attentive, waitress answered a bunch of my questions (I'm new to Iranian food). Rice was soft and not dry. And lamb kebab exceeded all my expectations! Watermelon fresh was sweet and dense. Humus deserves special mention. Big portions for reasonable prices. I highly recommend Iran Zamin!

This restaurant is Huge.. It's a very spacious seated restaurant with Smoking and Non Smoking area segregated. Social Distancing was practiced at all times. Each table had Sanitizer. Food loved the freshly cooked Iranian rotis. Hummus is one of the best in town. The 2 combination was duvine. Chelo Chicken Kebab, Zereskh Polo Ba Morgh, Lamb Kebab, Chicken.Wings kabab with the Saffron Rice, Butter, Green Chilli is all a must try dish. Kebabs all had Super Quality defined in the poultry used.

Existed for 17 years, @iranzamindubai sustained its family legacy by maintaining the quality of traditional recipes from Iran. Serving perfectly grilled Kababs and authentic Irani cuisines in huge portion sizes. I love the mixed grill platter. Meat were perfectly grilled and so juicy. The lamb shank with rice and broad beans was so yummy and tasty too! The shop was so spacious and the vibe is so comfortable and relaxing great for family and friends gatherings.

Generous serving, each platter is good for 2 people. The food is exceptionally good, tasty. Salad was fresh, hot appetizer made with egg plant is a must try. Our drinks were lemon mint and fruit cocktail , tasted perfect. Staff was freindly, ambience is comfortable, relaxing. Mr.Sosan was very kind with all visitors. They also serve sheesha in smoking dining area.
