Service was bad (waiters with bad attitude). Food was bad (luke warm smoothies, burnt Turkish coffee, hummus was so-so, etc). Extremely overpriced. Textbook definition of regret.

This is the second time we come to have dinner in this restaurant with a view of the dancing fountain and the Burj Khalifa. The atmosphere is incredibly good! The food is delicious and rich. The staff is professional and friendly. Praise!

Yummy food. Nice sitting place inside and out in open near the Dubai Fountains. Amazing taste. Small size of pepsi can :( male staff is not friendly when dealing with customers...

The place has a nice view over Dubai mall fountains which is a huge plus. However, there are a few negative things: • the service wasn’t welcoming and friendly at all. We had to repeat our order a few times to multiple people. • the food is decent, but not worth the price at all. I guess the prices are higher due to the fountain view.

The food is good. The view is amazing, very close to Dubai Fountain. Shisha and food for an outstanding price. Nice staff except for the Egyptian in charge of preparing the shisha, totally unprofessional. He approached my wife in a way that's not right specially if you are in hospitality industry. Asking question, opening conversations and flirting with the girls like no one else in the table exists (two more people). Lack of respect standing on front of the customers to have a chat when you are working, customer's life is not your business.

Aah the luxury of sitting outside and watching the fountains after dusk! Karan Beirut is the epitome of a Dubai Mall Lebanese restaurant experience. It's a fairly large eatery located on the ground floor of the Dubai Mall. Luckily though it had been a hot day, it was pleasantly warm when we sat at the outdoor table. We ordered Hindbeh (sauteed dandelion leaves topped with caramelized onions), Hummus (chickpeas, tahini, olive oil and lemon mix), Mohamra (sweet nutty hummus), Muttabal (grilled eggplant and yogurt mix), fattoush, falafel, grilled fish, chicken shawarma and water. (Check included pictures). We enjoyed the food, the courteous and prompt service and the ambiance. The icing on the cake was the musical fountains show. Absolutely unforgettable.

Exceptionally bad service. The view from the outside was amazing but the food was below average. Been to quite a few restaurants nearby but the service here is exceptionally poor. Repeated myself at least 3 times to order and the get the bill and the waiters were swearing at us.

A great restaurant where you can briefly dive into the culinary world of Lebanon. We had a very courteous service, which offered us directly a seat by the window, from which we had a perfect view of the fountain of the Dubai Mall. The food was excellent and sumptuous.

I went there for a lunch (which was my second experince there ) with my fiance and I was surprised by 2 of their staff being rude, disrespectful. I mentioned that to one of their staff whom was so polite and kind and told him "this is my second time and the last time being here because of your staff", I hope that he transfered this message to his supervisor. In general the food is good yet the experince with being suroundded by these people it will ruined everything.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner here after visiting At the Top at Burj Khalifa at sunset. We tried the Beiruti hummus and dandelion greens from the cold memes and the tiny fig birds and lamb tongue from the warm mezes. All were delicious! Service was gracious. We sat outside and were entertained by the evening light show on the Burj Khalifa and the fountains outside the Dubai Mall. Recommended.

Welcome to Dubai mall, largest shopping centre in the world A fabulous location, overlooking the Dubai fountain Karma Beirut is a well run restaurant in the Dubai mall. Whilst most in Australia would consider it a simple experience- this was more than a simple overview of a mall style eatery. The staff at the karam were dressed and well presented, happy smiling faces await you at the entrance The restaurant is a clean environment, simple almost minimalist, with both internal and alfresco dining over looking the Dubai fountain. The menu was classic Lebanese. Starting with in-house fresh cooked Lebanese flat bread served warm, the hummus warm amazing, delicious so creamy. The shish twouk simple and hot- the lamb with mushrooms pomegranate and onions delicious As the restaurant is located in the mall Wheel chair access is easy - amenities and bathrooms are located close by, a short walk away. The serving sizes were more than ample and It was easy to arrange the left overs to be bagged and served at the table. In a world were service and fabulous food is often out of reach of most venues, Karam Beirut is the exception If you are in Dubai Mall - this is a destination that requires serious consideration I walk away from Karam feeling fabulous about the experience Spend a hour - sit and enjoy the hospitality of Karam and the wonderful staff and amazing food. Karam Beirut is incredible value for money,

Karam Beirut has perfect location, perfect ambiance and courteous staff and beyond perfect food. It is a must visit for all the Lebanese food lovers. Hommos is to die for💕. I ordered Fattoch, spicy potato, Of course creamy Hommos and a tropical fruit (mocktail) on recommendation, everything was delicious and so good that it is a must visit for me. Value for money, worth visiting place not because of the location being right opposite the Dubai Fountain but because of the amazing food and hospitality. Cheers to the team. Thanks.

Definitely a place to check out if you want to be in the centre of the action. Burj Khalifa, fountain show and the Dubai Mall are all there and you have a front row seat. Brilliant service and exceptional, authentic food await you. There are even outdoor air-conditioning spots for you to eat outside

Restaurant is located in the front of Dubai Mall and that’s keeps it busy with visitors. I have never had Lebanon food before and I have to admit it was not tasty. I ordered a chicken kebab and it was inedible. This dish is very likely not for me. While I was eating (!!), I was asked to move to another table because they apparently had nowhere to seat other people. Hastily took my things to clear the table while eating. This is definitely not polite. It shows that I am not important to them as a customer. In addition, all the time the waiters are unnecessarily hurrying around, constantly pushing my table and chair. Such fuss is completely misplaced. In the end they realized that I was not satisfied with the service and food and tried to offer coffee and sweets, but I didn't want to stay with them for a moment anymore.

My rating is always good. Food and service. Kebab and Tawook were better than the grilled cubes it was burnt. Raw Kebbeh is the best. Fried Kebbeh had a little taste of fat which we didn’t like at all. Chicken fatteh wasn’t good no one ate it. Ras Asfour also the same. But still it’s one of my favorite old Lebanese restaurants in UAE especially mall of the emirates branch. Prices are bit expensive but worth trying.

It could be better if they have pickles with Tikka chicken. However, the garlic sauce is good! Taboolah is good. The chicken was burned out a little more than expected but rather than that was good!

To the management team, Please read carefully I’m in love with this restaurant, food and staff But …let me say something The worst management in the world is the management by fear Manager is not allowed to shout on the staff in front of the customers, Manager is not allowed to sit on the table and ask the staff in a bad way to bring for him coffee food …. Manager is not allowed to treat trainee people in a rudeeee wayyyy Humanity? Where is it? Manager should be a leader not a boss Supportive to his staff respecting them and himself Please please teach the managers how to treat people how listen to them how to push them to be productive and in peace at work Not put extra stress on them When the staff in a good mental health they will do their best to make the management proud Am so sorry for the staff to be treated the way this new manager is treating them Please help people We are all in a country far from our families and homes to make money and support our countries, not to be treated like a robots without any care about our feelings Humanity and respect is everything May Alla put more humanity in out hearts Thanks

We went today for lunch at Dubai mall, unfortunately the food it's so bad.I truly don't exagerete but honestly the quality of products and taste soo bad. Even my son said it's a bad food mom here.Check the quality and please care for your clients to choose a good product for the price we pay. On other note, service team were good. Check the food standards of Leila restaurant in Mirdif city center, how fresh and amuse bouche on the table for the waiting. It s sad to see the beautiful location but bad quality.

I have tried it also in MoE and this is my second time in Dubai mall for dinner. There is outside seating, as well, but it can get crowded quickly. Their starters, service and main course. For starters, vine leaves, hummus Beirut and cheese rolls. All excellent, try mixing the vine leaves with hummus Beirut and you will not regret it. Grilled lamb meat and Khesh-Khesh for main course both were spectacular and light but heavy. I preferred the grilled lamb and I dipped it a bit in Hummus Beirut. The Khesh-Khesh has its own sauce which was great for it. The service was wonderful as they were really kind and lovely. It was a friendly environment with laughters here and there. For the bread and olives, I really loved them as they were fresh and of perfect taste. One bad thing was the chair was dirty and not prepared for the next customer but he cleaned it right away when I asked, but I’ll hope they don’t repeat this mistake to other customers. Also, I’ll hope they teach their waiters and waitress who are non-Arabs some Arabic especially regarding the dishes names to make it easier.

Weekend mood for lebanese cuisine made me head to dubai mall as needed to shop a bit too. My very first visit to Karam Beirut turned out quite well as i stuck to my regular choice of Shish Taouk& hummus beiruti as a side dip. More than enough servings of chicken with a tried to please me additional spices were added as normally lebanese cuisine is not at all spicy. They gave me a red chilli paste sauce which was good to help me out. It was good enough but lebanese is supposed to be excellent in the food area. Prices on the higher side but dubai mall prices so it's expected. Arabic bread was given as well but nothing else complimentary,No salad no pickles etc.i found that quite strange but its the way they do it. Personally i will not go back here but its a one time try,If you are in Dubai Mall and feel like Arabic food give it a shot.

Excellent place for dinner and watching the fountains show at night. Service is slow, but that’s what you want to enjoy multiple shows. Been there multiple times with family and friends. Very goid Libanese food and excellent iftar.

I went there twice. The first time I enjoyed it a lot. The second time was a mess. They somehow deleted my reservation. Then they offered me a table. 20 minutes later during eating the waitress asked me to change my table. I refused and then he started to move my table while I was eating. I told him that this is not ok. Then he told me to finish my food quickly. Very sad experience.

The food was good. Great view. Service is horrible, waiters are very cold and unwelcoming. Seating outside seems to be reserved for who they judge is okay for them.

  • 4/5 Ehab B. 2 years ago on Google
I’ll be honest the food was good and the price is reasonable. I just feel like the staff need to work things out, having four different staff members come to your table rather then one or two is confusing. All in all we enjoyed our time and will be back with family next year for a Lebanese feast

The shish taouk has nothing to do with a genuine lebanese made ST. No onions, no paprika, no pepperoni, no sauce. Just some grilled chicken on fries.
