We waited 48 minutes since we ordered until we got the food on the table. But this is the 3rd time the chicken are not hot enough. It was a little cold already AS ALWAYS. This will be our last time visiting this restaurant here.

Bought a bucket 'original' chicken. The meat was almost cold and very dry. The taste was flat. We don't get it. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it is really bad. This location should work on getting consistant quality.

After two very bad experiences of KFC in Nederlands, this one in Apeldoorn was entire opposite. Nice food, hospitable staff and good service. Team on the evening shift 30/12/22 is commendable 👏👏👏

This place needs an overhaul of the entire operation. 1. Service is run by children no supervisor / manager to delegate the work. Most of the time they are just talking and walking around no knowing what to do. 2. Waiting time is ridiculers 45-1h for a bucket. 3. I ordered variety bucket, and 2 pieces were missing. 4. Quality control is non-existent. 5. Tables and environment need regular cleaning. It is just a matter of time before someone going to get food poisoning at this place.

Waited for like 50 minutes, crowded but still the food was not hot anymore

Even tho my friend's order was small, it had atleast 4 problems. First they forgot a burger, then fries, then they had put waay too much ketchup on one burger, and none on the other, so my friend went to the register and had to wait atleast 10 minutes just so he could get a replacement burger without the extra bacon he had on the original. My own fries were not salted at all, my soda cup size was wrong and on my burger all the bbq sauce missed the burger. I had to lick it off the paper to get some. The place was FULL of big and small fries especially in the kitchen. I also very much doubt the employee who handled trash without any gloves washed his hands. This didn't leave a good impression on KFC at all.

Don't ever go there! The profile of the people, the service, the overload and crowd, the dirtiness, the chaos is everywhere! Also you do not get the order ideally as you have requested, missing items, wrong charging with deposit, not informing properly is a chronical problem. A whole set of organization is necessary here to re-start freshly. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the atmosphere. Definitely the worst KFC I have ever been in my life.

EXTREMELY bad service! products missing, no napkins, and the stuff was rude. Do not recommend

If you're in a rush, don't bother going here! Wait times are awful due to chronic understaffing. The food is alright and about what you'd expect but the service is atrocious. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Yesterday visited there. Everything so messy! No air conditioning! (Weather was too hot) No Ice for drink's! Overall not satisfied visit!!!!

If you are hungry don't come here, if you order something here the waiting time for your order is 45 minutes on average. They don't have any coordination within themselves, don't know how to operate the ordering machine. Always wrong orders with a very long waiting time. I returned my whole order after receiving it after 1 hour with poor quality and cold burgers. Would never go again in this branch.

The food is pretty good, though there are far too few employees. Complete chaos around dinner time with employees regularly looking clueless.

The waiting time is about an hour (for a bucket that was ready in 10mins) because they deliver by order row, not the order size. So they are filling big orders first even if you get a milkshake. The staff looks angry and done with life. Every single order I saw that was made was recalled because of mixup. Next time when you have 100+ orders: close down and do them, dont work like monkeys

There were garbage everywhere and nobody was cleaning.

Always enjoy at KFC. I usually use the drive thru. Only thing I would have preferred is long waiting which can cause a considerable pollution due to several cars waiting for their turn without switching off the engines.

Visited on the 22 July. After a day out. family was excited to go to KFC. It was always nice. We always enjoy the chicken other time. But this time it was disappointing can’t hear properly when order. Chicken wasn’t really great some chicken have a little feather. We sit inside it no air condition on a hot day.

Easy to order. Nice place to sit. Toiletten for customers.

Used the drive thru so unable to comment on the atmosphere of the place. We ordered 2 share buckets (bargain bucket in the UK) and once we left we realized there were no chips. In the UK chips come with it. Who orders the bucket with no chips. Because of this we had to go through the drive thru again. When ordering our chips , French fries no one understood us. I was doing my best Dutch but they still didn't understand. We had to order from the window so we could show them what we wanted. After a long drive from the UK to see my Oma for the weekend we could have done without this. Just a little tip KFC add chips to the share bucket.

Day by day they shrink the size of the chickens :)))). I paid 22 euros for this portion!!! Tables are dirty and there is a continuous noise of fridge...never try it again
