I really enjoy going to HoliBody. The lessons are always very well organized and have a different focus every month so that there is variety. There is a good atmosphere in the studio and it is always very clean. After class you can drink a cup of tea to relax. I also like that there are no mirrors in the studio, so you really focus on how your body feels in a pose instead of what the pose looks like.

In her beautiful, relaxing new studio I enjoy Angela's perfect lessons. The holistic approach really appeals to me: a total concept for a strong body and mind in which exercise, nutrition and awareness play a role. The variety in the teaching methods offered ensures that the lessons are accessible to everyone. I also experience the lessons as clearly distinguishable from traditional fitness institutes. A challenge to work on your own lifestyle!

Holibody is a yoga studio with different types of yoga classes and our yoga teacher Angela gives very good yoga classes When you enter, there is a table ready with delicious tea. And there is also a couch where you can chill after a yoga class with a delicious glass of tea. Highly recommended.
