Easy brokers = you’ll be easily broke. The only "easy" thing about this agency is how easy they find excuses to take your money away. If you do decide to rent a place with them, make sure you take pictures of the tiniest flaws and details of the place once you move in, because they'll make you pay big time for the smallest things, even if it was already there in the first place.

I had a wonderful experience with Easy Brokers. I was struggling for a couple of months to find a house and I was receiving only negative responses from the viewings that i attended to. I asked Easy Brokers for help and they were the only brokers who considered my case. Carlo is so helpful and he did his best in order to find the best solution. Some days after our appointment I finally found the studio which suits me perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.

If i could i would give it -1 star They don't respond to emails, don't respond to calls, don't respond to appointments and the girl that showed us the house said obvious stuff that we already knew or just stuff that is not true about the property. We wanted to go directly to them in their office but it was closed.on a Friday. I have no words for this makelaar,just don't bother with this one!! It's a waste of time.

They helped me find 3 rental houses in Leiden. They continue to do business with landlords who do not return rent deposits, especially to expats. To me, before renting they promised return of deposit and to intervene if necessary, but ignored their promise later when I reached out for help. Therefore they are consciously part of the chronic problem of greedy landlords in the Netherlands.

Don't get caught in this trap - these are criminals who do not return your deposit after the end of a contract and ignore all the reminders and attempts to reach out afterwards. They were also largely unresponsive while we were renting an apartment from them. Please avoid!

We just moved from Austria to Leiden and had a fantastic experience working with Easy Makelaars! They were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They helped us set up our electricity, water, and gas, and even allowed us to make a few copies of our passports (etc.) before our printer arrived in the mail. Great agency to work with!

I looked for and found a home through this agency. The response was always timely, I got all the help I could ever need and although it has only been a week since I moved into this house, the staff at EasyMakelaars have been extremely helpful and kind in making sure my move was comfortable. Just as an example, when the lights in my house were out they reached out to the landlord who fixed it for me the very next day so I wouldn't be living in a dark house. The staff has also been extremely kind and helped me out with suggestions and answering any questions that I, as an expat, had. Overall, they are very helpful and I know my move to Leiden would not have been as smooth as it has been, if not for them.

I had been desperately looking for a place for 3 months, and the agency understood my situation and took a very personal approach. Not only they helped me with getting a lovely studio, but also organised all the legal and payment issues as fast as possible so that I could move in almost immediately. We managed to find an apartment using this realtor in 2 days from USA, through video chats, emails and text through the help of our broker, Carlo.
