A highly recommended café that is truly unforgettable. Their chefs seem to possess endless creativity, offering a diverse menu that caters to various taste preferences. I personally highly recommend their signature burger, which is simply bursting with flavor! Featuring a large piece of juicy fried chicken, complemented by fresh vegetables and homemade sauces, it is the perfect combination. Not only did I enjoy the delicious food, but I also experienced friendly service, welcoming owners, a comfortable environment, and meticulously crafted desserts. This place truly captivates one's senses, leaving you craving for more. I will definitely visit again.

Visited at night 8 pm. Had Hojicha and classic waffle. Hojicha was creamy and tasty and the waffle was bove average. Highly recommended. Appropriately priced food and drinks. Location was cozy comfortable and casual. Staff were very welcoming and polite and attentive. Would go back again for food and drinks if in vicinity. Easy parking during the evening as located slightly away from busy area. Nice place to hang for a chill evening. Suitable place to bring family of all ages (elderly and kids)

Love the industrial style and vibes of this place. Appreciate how they have preserve the original flooring of the place while updating the place to a more modern style. The lone leopard tree in the backyard, the blue tiles on the wall and the exposed bricks on the wall add more interest to the interior , and look out for the upcycled materials used in the cafe- the door serving as a table and the zinc roof being used in the counter. The coffee is great and they have an interesting selection of beer. Will want to come back again to try out the accommodation next time!

This place is really relaxing. The staff are friendly too! We stayed at this guesthouse for 2 nights, the shower was hot, room was clean, nothing more we could ask for :)

Great tasting tiramisu and waffles - not too sweet. Prices are affordable. Drinks were great as well and overall very nice cozy and retro ambience. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly.

Came here for a coffee and for some lunch. Staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere and energy of the place is great. Coffee was tasty as was the food. Would highly recommend when passing through Ipoh! 😀

My girls and I had a lovely time chatting over brunch at 90 cafe. Coffee and drinks were great and overall good food with good value. Service is also wonderful!

Enjoy my 2 days 1 night short getaway at here, the whole environment is just feel very comfortable, cosy and clean, the location is perfectly and easy access to all the tourist place. And, don't forget to check out their coffee bar which is link to their guesthouse, serving both local and western cuisine in reasonable price and good taste. Definitely is the best choice for all the travelers to here. Thank you for providing such great service.

We stayed overnight for an event we were attending. The guesthouse was new, cozy and decorative. The rooms are simple and tidy, most furnitures and room condition were brand new. The bathroom was clean and dry. Shower was rejuvenating, body wash & syampoo 2 in 1 was provided, extra towel may be requested. Iron and ironing board was provided at the the common room/lounge room. Air-conditioning was cold, bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out was done with the staff at the counter in the coffee shop. Keycard was used to assess the room and side entrance direct to guesthouse. Elevator to go 1st and 2nd floor was not available, guests to go up and down using the stairs, which was not an issue for us. We enjoyed our stay and we did not regret for choosing this guesthouse. Suggestion to guesthouse, perhaps in the future you can provide an option of a simple breakfast for your guests, such as roti bakar with half boiled eggs and coffee/tea/milo, it would be very convenient for travelling guests. A really nice place to stay in Ipoh. We were here for just two nights but the room was really everything you want when you are traveling. Enough room, everything is clean, good airco, quiet at night and really good service. Besides the guest house we really recommend you try some of the cakes, coffee and beers because they are also really good and the staff is enthusiastic about their products. All and all we would recommend the place if you want to explore Ipoh and have a comfortable place.

Nice cozy guest house. Felt like staying at someone's home. Shower was simple and clean. My room has balcony. Feeling nostalgic. There's a foosball table on 1st floor too. Also it's nearby Ipoh town center but away from the sound and bad traffic... All the best food within ten minutes drive.

nice hotel, seemed quite new. Good size rooms, very clean. Brilliant showers. Nice and quiet. Can walk to lots of restaurants. Was useful having the cafe attatched as we had breakfast there and a beer at night. The staff were lovely, very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend.

Tolles Hotel mit Cafe im Erdgeschoss. Sehr freundliches Personal, das bei jeder Frage mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Vor allem das Bad ist sehr modern und entspricht allen westlichen Standards. Auch das Café selbst bietet leckere Speisen zu angemessenen Preisen.

Only went to the Coffee Bar. Nicely secluded corner lot. Deco is unique and the owners kept the original floor tiles - love it. Good coffee blends

accidentally found this cafe. a cafe + guesthouse with instagrambale spot. friendly staff. the food a bit costly and the taste just so so. nasi lemak sauce got sour smell. Reply to owner respond: Please be responsible and don't fool your customer, I can differentiate between spoiled food sour smell or smell from sambal sauce ingrediants. Obviously the smell is because the sambal sauce already spoiled.

A classic concept of traditional guesthouse & coffee shop done in a modern way. Their coffee is top notch and there are also plenty of cakes and bites as well as main courses for you to choose. Since the shop is still relatively new so do stay tuned for the upcoming menu offerings!

Fish and chips is good. Espresso is fine. Quite a cozy environment. If you travel to Ipoh and wanna walking distance old town, can check this place out.

Stayed here for a couple of days and felt really at home. It was super convenient because the air cond was cool enough to keep you comfy and the rooms were a mix of heritage and also modern. Serves beer too so don’t need to run too far away to grab an icy cold beer and head back up to rest and recharge.

Food are simple and just nice. The chicken pizza a bit hard. Environment quite and feel comfortable.

Cannot fault the place as it is so cozy and comfortable. Friendly staffs give us suggestions of cakes available for the day. The figs and mango cake is so tasty and not overpowering followed by the gold standard creamy basque cheesecake. Coffee is perfect for the daily caffeine hit and hojicha latte have a good balance between milk and tea flavor which is spot on for non coffee lovers.
