This is hard place to find. Even with Waze, I was worried when it brought me through small untarred road. Parking is ok but it's dirt and pebble ground in front of the cafe. The decor is interesting. Minimalistic and simple. Just 4 walls with seating along the wall and a central island where they make your drinks. The drinks came fast and generally lovely to drink. Good mix and enjoyable flavouring. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye too. Food however was a different ballgame. A bit subpar in my opinion. Even though I enjoyed the smoked duck carbonara, the rest weren't great. The carbonara had a thick delicious creamy sauce with generous portion of duck in a bed of well cooked spaghetti. Sadly I felt the breakie on the go wasn't up to the test. Even though the bread was nicely toasted and tasted good, the ham, sausage and beans wasn't impressive. The Moshi Moshi was over fried but fortunately the chicken meat wasn't dry. The accompanying fries arrived crunchy and hot. Lemon tart filling was a bit too sour but generally good except for the pastry which tasted manufactured. All in all, it's a nice place to relax with a very open space decor concept with good drinks where food is secondary.

New cafe. It’s big. Parking place quite big too. But the place a bit hard to find. Coffee is good. Tiramisu a bit soggy but the espresso is good.

Super crowded mostly because it was the grand opening of the cafe, and also because of the CNY holiday I guess. We almost left the cafe when we stumbled across the crowds, haha. Glad we made the decision to stay as the coffee and desserts were top tier! Staff were friendly too and kept apologizing to us for the slow service (waited almost for an hour for all our orders to be served which is understandable). Will definitely revisit again.

Very decent and quality coffee they served in Butterworth area, favorite is matching matcha and their dirty latte. Their desserts - Banjir Tiramisu plating is quite instagrammable and not too sweet and heavy in coffee taste Food wise, fish and chips and truffle fries are good too. Will definitely visit again!

Factory-styled cafe in town, where the price meets the location’s condition. The food were amazing and suited for our Xmas reunion lunch with family. Love the fries and the other mains that we shared and tried. Pet friendly, they mentioned.

Surrounded within Bagan Lallang street, Sungai Puyu street, Raja Uda street, with adjacent of rural building and roads, giving a non local person who drive here with Google map the feeling of wrong direction, this Inside Out Coffee warehouse is definitely a surprising spot of itself. Firstly this is a pet friendly coffee house, with its warehouse like structure (no pillar, ultra high ceiling, glass surrounding wall), totally suitable for pet lovers to hang along. Secondly about the Matcha, my favourite drink, they has two types of it, one of it Yuri does really taste well, with its matcha aromatic and nice chawan served, any matcha lover should spend their chance over here. With its custom made lighting and the center of the cafe, above of their island alike design, matched with the nice selection of music and cold ambient (even though 40% glass), it gives me the airport or main station feeling, mostly due to the high ceiling and bright interior, thumb up for its atmosphere provided. With the menu served, this is perfectly fit for youngster to hand around either for main course or after meal tea session. Perhaps, some decoration on the red brick wall is extra mark which they could consider, if they have figure out the real theme or feeling they want their visitors to have.

Reach 9:05am and I am the first customer. The waitress didn’t bring the plain water to me but she brings that to 2nd table.. I was wondering why… food is ok

The coffee and dessert are delicious however they are too pricy for the amount of portion served. Ordered the carbonara and it is just didnt met the expectation for the amount we pay for it.

"The Apple Ever After" taste only like plain Lipton apple tea, no any berry taste or lemonade as mentioned in menu, tiramisu not available at that time, other drinks and food taste normal. Pet friendly cafe, not suitable for those who don't like pet

First time visited this cafe after trying to look for petfriendly place to chill out with my fur kid. The place is spacious and the atmosphere is cozy and clean. Ordered in-house and light hot white. There are nice. Also ordered egg on egg sando (if still remember correctly) and it tasted good.

A very chill and cooling Cafe where you can relax after being in the Penang outdoors for long hours. The different coffees were delicious, each with their own unique style of cups. Tried the matcha drink, recommended as it not only keeps you warm but it's soothing. Best for tea lovers! The Cafe is pet friendly too! Saw locals bring their doggo buddies in with them, also, the toilet is very clean! The chocolate brownie is also very tasty, full of flavour and not just the taste of chocolate itself, almost practically melts in your mouth ☺️

Come during night time for dessert, brownies with ice cream was really good 💯. A good balance of sweetness, warm fudgy brownie and vanilla ice cream. Wish they can up the game by using premium ice cream (exp: Merry Me, etc). Holy Moly Guava Moly is refreshing, not artificial kind of taste. The environment somwhow slightly resemble of Norm Micro Roastery. Will definitely come back during day time to try their coffee.

Chanced upon this incredible cafe with a fantastic ambience! Kudos for serving on the best coffee beans (that I had to break my only-1-cup-of-coffee-in-the-afternoon vow!) A shout out to the owner Chris for the lemon meringue tart! A place not to be missed if you are ever in Butterworth, Penang!

Heard that the food here is so so only, surprisingly it was above my expectation. Coffee is definitely one of the best in mainland! My favourite dishes are pesto pasta and the earl grey desserts! Not to mention the delicious banjir tiramisu! Will definitely visit again!

New cafe that popped up. They had very limited manpower and hence waiting time was very long. Ordered Lemon Meringue Tart & Tiramisu. The crust of the tart was slightly hard and could be improved. Waited for almost an hour for the Tiramisu to be served, which was not understandable given that it was observed they served the same dish at another table that came later than us. Only after we clarified with them that they stated the system made a mistake and proceeded to process our tiramisu. Tiramisu came 3 mins later ☺️.

Cozy and comfortable cafe. The food is normal but worth the visit for its vibe. Ample parking space in front of the cafe.

Quite new cafe in butterworth. Banjir tiramisu is delicious, and the other's main course is just normal. Coffee is just nice. If visit with a bunch of families and friends suggest to car pool, quite limited parking is available .
