Nice food and price is moderate. Parking is Abit confusing though. Since the place is small so it's always pack with people. Lady boss always busy so cannot expect vip treatment. Will definitely visit again.

The lady owner and the staffs are very friendly. The chicken chop is nice with slightly sour gravy, and wedges are crunchy. Tried their pasta , pizza , salmon , fried chicken , mushroom soup and sausage. Overall the food are awesome. The price is not costly. There are parking lots just in front of the shop , the security bar will open automatically.

Love coming here. Mrs Heng, the restaurant owner is very friendly and hospitable. The waiters are also very attentive and accommodating. Food wise, the mushroom soup, anything with their black pepper sauce, lasagna, mac and cheese, pizza all were delicious. They are also very generous with their cheese 🥰Right now they dont accept card payments, only cash and tng/duitnow. Can always WhatsApp/call Mrs.Heng to make table reservations.

A reasonably clean and comfortable cafe/restaurant where the food was served quite quickly - though we were the only customers there at 5pm on a Wednesday so I’d expect as much. The food itself was a very mixed bag. I’ll start with the positives… The calamari was enjoyable. Though the squid itself was very small, resulting in a higher batter-squid ratio than I’d like, it was well seasoned and quite tasty. The batter could have been a little lighter. The portion was very generous for a side dish and at the price point, it’s hard to complain about this dish. The chips that came with the steak were very nice in my opinion. Great crunch on the outside and very light and fluffy on the inside. The okay bits… The coleslaw and salad were fine. The white coffee with jelly was okay - it tasted like fairly standard white coffee. The jelly didn’t really add anything though. The negative… Sadly, it was a BIG negative. The ribeye steak I had was awful. It was cooked to a medium as I asked for, but the steak was thin and very chewy. It also lacked flavour and after scraping off the swimming pool of sauce, I could see it wasn’t well seared at all. The black pepper sauce was okay, though not what you’d expect from a pepper sauce in an actual western restaurant; there was also far too much of it - perhaps to cover up the poor quality meat. You could argue that 50RM is cheap so I shouldn’t expect too much, but it was the worst steak I’ve had in a very long time (and I’ve eaten a lot of steak). I could buy and cook a much better steak at home for 50RM (and did so two nights before). I almost gave this place 2 stars. But given the decent quality of some of the other food, and the fairly affordable price, it just about edged 3 stars. I also came to the conclusion that I might actually go back to sample other dishes should I crave “western food”… I just won’t order another steak!

Local cafe well-known with their delicious and generous portion of western food. We ordered their self-made mushroom soup, Maryland and Classic Chicken chop. This shop usually crowded on weekend night so it will take around 20mins to serve your food. They provide delivery as well.

Tiramisu cheese cake is so delicious(+ the price is reasonably). The lady boss is very friendly.

Food is nice but the lady boss's attitude is too bad. We were in the shop for less than an hour and the drinks were not finished, but the lady boss impolitely asked us to hurry up and leave so others can be seated. We spent over rm350 for 15 people and aren't deserve this kind of service.

One of the most well known western food restaurants in Butterworth. We had the fish-and-chips, chicken chop and marinara pasta. They all tasted great, the fish-and-chips with its fresh and juicy fish, the chicken chop with its tasty black pepper sauce and the marinara with its own great blend of tomato sauce. The ambience feels homely and boss of the restaurant was polite and respectful. Highly recommended to drop by and try if you are in town ☺️

Absolutely a pleasure each time we come here at Butterworth Cafe!! The tomato & mushroom soup is a must!! Pastas & pizzas go for it guys!! The jumbo fresh fruit juice is just so refreshing.. 🙃🥳🤤😍

I will certainly return to this place whenever I think of good western food. The price is reasonable and the taste is superb. It's hard to find something similar elsewhere with such a price. Pizza is must try. The juice is refreshing.

Fantastic serves..... Menu's are fabulous..... Chicken Chop's are very tasty.... Lasagna is very delicious I could say it's much better than Starbucks..... De owner is very friendly and genuine..... Prices are affordable and de quantity they serve is quite bigger than de price.... I will always recommend this Butterworth Western Food... They'll definitely fulfills our cravingsness.....

Pizza, mushroom soup and mash potatoes is good, but the STEAK must be AVOID at all cost. The steak thin and tough, as per the owner, it is imported beef, I doubt that it is true.
