We had a birthday party. The staff was very helpful and supportive. The followed the SOP and served the food. The food was very nice. I will be always coming to this restaurant. My family members were happy to dine in the restaurant.

Just had my son’s birthday party, postponed due to COVID. I picked this place as its nearby and children friendly. We enjoyed the party very much! Few points as why to pick this restaurant again for any event : 1) Friendly ladyboss who will attend every single matter, make sure everything in place, basically deal with every single doubt we had. 2) comfortable environment that feels like home 3) food with good portion and taste. Feels like home 4) Photographer who made his best to take great photos for us We are satisfied with the services ! Definitely will visit again for next occasion!

I was looking for the birthday party venue for my 1 year old boy and my friend introduce this BIG GIN NA restraurant to me. Ater dealling with Yen ( PIC for birthday party), she is very experience and really patient when dealing with us, gave a lot of suggestion based on her experience and we had a great birthday party over there. Food was nice expecially the mushroom soup and the venue is super clean! you are safe to let your baby crawling over. Thanks again Big Gina :D

This is my second time having my kid’s birthday celebration here. The reason that I come back here to have my daughter 1 year old birthday celebration is all due to the service provided from Big Ginna and also Yen. It provides a one stop solutions for party, from planning to the party day. The food is delicious and the party venue is clean and comfortable. Overall, I'm super satisfied and happy. A big thank you to the entire Big Ginna team, the kitchen team for food preparation, deco team, emcee of the party and the photographer as well.

Great experience to celebrate my baby first birthday at big gin na! Nice arrangement, even though have facing some postpone because of covid, but they handle it very good. Love the deco very much, MC is very professional and friendly, know how to make baby comfortable in a new place, and we are very happy with the photos that taken that day! The photographer is professional enough to capture every moment we had in the party! Overall we are very glad that we choose here to celebrate my baby’s birthday!

Ms Yen whom handles my inquiry did a wonderful job in making sure my concerns and request are met. Yen and her team make me and my guests felt welcomed and comfortable dining in. The decorations and setup was nicely done. The team is attentive with our requests without delay. A 5 star service indeed which is rare in most F&B establishments. The owner Ms Yen is very helpful to assist, advice and arrange everything perfectly. You will only need to present yourself and your kids on that day. My twins just turned 1 and they had their best Birthday party ever! Every detail of the event organization was perfect: Elsa & Anna decor, western cum oriental food, professional photo shooting and kids' activities especially the one-year-old catch activity (抓周). Ms Yen is the MC of the night. She was great, flexible, helpful, and she brought the event atmosphere to another climax. The food was awesome, and the portion is big, all our guests had a very good impression on the food. Lastly, this is such a unique experience & I highly recommend for parties of all ages. Thanks Ms Yen and all the wonderful staff! You guys are awesome.

I engaged them for my baby’s birthday party celebration. It is really worry free as the services provided everything from A to Z. We can just walk in and enjoy the party. Area that we think should be improved is that the food where the aglio olio is a bit tasteless, and vinegar pork is more salty rather than sour. Overall, it’s a great experience to have baby birthday party there. Thank you for the services, and emcee is really good, happy atmosphere throughout the party.

One stop center for any private event. Had my boy’s first birthday and I have no regrets. Ms Yen handled everything from deco, cake, photo, food, video & clown perfectly. The team’s energy level was consistent throughout the event. Mr Clown, one man army. Without him, the event would be boring. Not forgetting, bubbly photographer who was laughing the entire night. Overall, i am super duper glad with Ms Yen & her team.
