Worst hotel i have ever been to. Not friendly and dirty. I was bitten by a cockroach while sleeping. Could get a better hotel with such price.

No 1- Receiption Request xtra charges to stay in with multiple reason and keep twist his words. 1.1 - He mentioned that if two person need to stay Need to Pay RM12 Xtra in order to comply Hotel Rules. 1.2 - He change his fact again by showing his PC on OYO portal - payment was deducted til 26%- so hotel need to cover the staying cost. 1.3 - He call up his owner - Owner said Flow Price need to cover. No 2 - I am asking his Name to reveal - He like just out from Jungle - He told me if wanted to know his name upon sign the receipt - Not allowing us stay at that night. No 3 - I had Request Official receipt - he told no Hotel stamp at his counter- apparently the i saw the stamp but he dont want to take out and claim it was different shop- you must wait til next morning for morning staff open another receipt which have a company name and chop/stamp on it. No 4 - The new guy came in next morning- He used the same offical Stamp which i saw last night upon he write a receipt of extra charge for a stay which already Paid at OYO apps for full amount of stay. Such a bad experienced. I am just wondering - why OYO keep this type of Hotel in apps or WHY they enrolled their Hotel become OYO partners in this case if they already known that there will be a commission deduction for each customer. No 5 - Room Ac unable to control- Receptionist told us hotel will lost if not collect xtra charges- upon enter their room- ac is turn on mode(then how his hotel running in lost?). They dont have comforter instead they using a plain cheaper clothes - not as the picture or standard comforter is provided. No 6 - TV totally CANT be watcheable. Terrible Stay- No 7- I have attached the offical receipt on next morning in images. Please remove such a hotel list - its like a red light room in first case.

The real room is not same as the pic show at here. 照片与实物非常非常不符 Toilet door already broke n can't flush!! Soap already expired at 2017!? Towel also looks like very dirty If you got enough budget (70-100+- maybe you can choose another hotel lah I stay at here at around 5 hours then really cant tahan lah,I checked out then go to another hotel already BadExperience ever in my trip

Satisfied with condition of the room that I stayed in(202)for one week. Clean room,no insects around,clean bed/pillows/blanket.Clean bathroom,Great shower,clean towel..All rooms are non smoking,that is wonderful ! So like me,a smoker,if to want to smoke go outside,helps to reduce my smoking habit👍...Nearby to restaurants,Petronas(got ATM),7 eleven,Dobi(walking distance) and very friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Shall stay in this hotel again when I return to Butterworth again soon.

1. cockroach in the room, bathroom area, hygiene concerns for long stay. 2. sufficient outdoor parking space within its own gated backyard, just follow Google Map direction, easy to find. 3. as it is OYO hotel, easy to get room, you can even rent for short notice

I cannot say anything about the rooms because I couldn't even check-in. The "lobby" smelled funny and the atmosphere wasn't comfortable. Just getting inside the property felt like I owned something to the owner, as if I was bothering him with just my presence. He then, immediately after asking rudely for my name proceeded to say that the already booked and paid room was way too cheap. He told me to pay double for it and wouldn't want to know or answer anything else. I left. Overall a really bad experience. Cannot recommend.

bad room !!!. Bad mattresses, dirty blankets, dirty sheets. there are strands of hair on the bed. can the room is not the same in the picture !!. very unsuitable for family !! old hotel.

Don't even fall for this online deal, booked via Agoda and confirmed. Reached and hotel staff require customer to top up cash without official receipt and mentioned their boss does not allow online bookings below their room rate. Worst experience ever

The place is ok la. A budget hotel. Booked 3 rooms. The rooms were relatively clean. Enough space to move around. The bathroom has an odour. All 3 bathrooms. Otherwise it was ok. 4 star for the place n 5 star for the owner, very kind n nice person. Showed me some good place to go makan. N it was really good.

I booked from Booking.com for RM55 charged to my credit card. Arriving there, I was told I had topup RM5 because their hotel charges RM60. This is the first time I booked a cheaper hotel and I didn't know it can be quite a scam. I called OYO to sort it out.The OYO customer support wanted to talk to the personnel and I was left on the line for 10 minutes while I can see that the person at the counter is not talking to anyone. I hanged up and called but each time I get to the menu to talk to a representative, the call gets dropped. It's by principle that I didn't go thru it because they should honor the price charged during booking. I don't recommend anyone to come here.

The room is unpleasant smell. Smell like cockroach. The blanket got stain. Unhygienic. When we arrive they said there's problem with air-cond in one of our room. They want to switch our room to queen bed only. The room are supposed to fit 3 person instead. We ask for extra mattress. But end up we are the one who carrying the mattress from the store to 2nd floor. This is the last minute booking. The worst hotel i ever been. Not worth with the price. I would think oyo have a little standard to follow. But this one is so worst at any level.

For a quick stay I think it's okay. But there's no iron provided and the owner put the "non-smoking" sign, but he's the one who's smoking in the counter 😂 the room is okay, quite clean but the light in my bathroom is not working. I went down to the counter, and the owner provide a new room but it was in the 3rd level which is quite tiring for me to go upstairs. Yes, no lift. Overal, it is just okay.

Water pressure too slow.. Shower head lower than average height. You for sure need to bend down or manually hold the shower.

Booked via Agoda,but not reflected in their system.Anyhow,after few verifications,was allowed to check in without any hassle. Appreciate it very much. The room was average but clean.But for the budget rate you are paying,it worth it. Close to petrol station+Mart+eateries. Freeview TV+aircons+shower-all working well. Recommended. Will come back.

Booked and called 5x to clarify for confirmed booking.they say confirmed but when I was there they don't allow me to enter the room and asked for extra payment saying that I booked a promo rate.even I booked for many days they don't allow me to enter the hotel worst experience.!!!!!the hotel is beside petronas and isolated not suitable for women

Was thinking to book through OYO website and came to this hotel to check if they have the room I wanted, the reception (an old uncle) told me I have to top up $$ to meet their minimum price. So price listed on website of $67 on OYO and $63 in booking com is a scam. I further asked what if I have paid on website, he asked me to request for refund.

You could get a better place with that price. The toilets were smelly, the bedsheets were stained, there’s cockroaches in the room. The only good thing, it has eating places nearby.

I booked tru oyo. During arrival i was not allow to check in and the hotel staff ask me to pay Rm30! The reason is they said that the oyo gave low rate Was it my problem?? I have book and fully paid to the oyo! Very shameful Considering if tourists or travelers coming without no extra cash AND THE HOTEL STAFF ALSO VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE ITS A BIG SCAMM!!! Do not stay in this SCAMM Hotel!

Worst ever hotel i ever had .Check in because of work factor .Already book by agoda and already paid full .Yet when arrived, the counter ask another payment .Ridiculous .They said the owner actually not very agree to the price in the apps .Its to low for them and they cant even get profit from it thats why they asking about another payment .Another one is, their room sucks .Book Deluxe room .They give smelly room with hard mattress, broken aircond .Already complaint to Agoda and OYO customer service about this hotel .

Worst hotels ever! Don’t ever think to go! Receptionist will try to deceive you to get more cash!! I had to call the police and wait for an hour! Very frustrating and very baaad!! the rooms are smelly and dusty!

bad room service, stay for 5 days, only on 4th day make up room. television cant be used as no tv channel detected. value for money??? yes if you travel with more than 3 person

It's very dirty until got thick. Can found some dirty tissue behind the tv. TV cannot switch on at all. Even blanket can found blood mark. Attitude is worse. It cannot be categarize as hotel.

Room is consider clean. There is a 5 gallon refill water at lobby. Can ask for small bottle of mineral water. Location is good. Receptionists are friendly.

Very bad from the photo, very bad, dirty, smelly, very disgusting，The room is very poor, the bed is dirty and the body is itchy, the sleep is not good, it is very different from the photos, it is not recommended to rent

4.5 star for the kindness.Got a room with too many problems, some floors is leaking and shower handle pipes already loose. Hard to open and also to close the water back after using it.The manager already minta maaf for that.✨

Room are spacious, fast food are nearer, really convieniene to look for food.

Made a booking at this hotel,when im arrived at almost 1am,they said the rooms is no more...the heck...then they send me to another hotel at my own expenses...im clearly n sternly doesn't recommended this

Worst and dirtiest hotel I’ve been to. I saw few cockroaches in the room. Bathroom door broken. Dirty bathroom. And the most dirtiest thing is the bed. They don’t change the bedsheet everytime. The use the same bedsheet from previous customers. Hair everywhere on the bed. Stain and dust on the bed??? And the price isn’t cheap too!
