PLEASE do not rent or buy house in this kampung benggali, (butterworth) area. Always noisy and disrupt people's peace. There is 'tokong' nearby this apartment, always so noisy 'ketuk gendang' at alltimes. Doesnt matter morning or late night, weekdays or weekends. Always noisy. Also got chinese concert over late night. Environment here is totally bad. They will never care about resident's peace. The driving pattern in this area here is also very bad, people simply park & stop their car everywhere.

The appearance may look a bit dull, but inside the unit is quite nice, it is quite spacious. And, cheap car parking fee.

Need to have Indian toilet seat in washroom as western is uncomfortable and unhealthy as per research. No proper way to take cycle out. Washroom door is of low quality and doesn't lock properly. Better place to be to all age groups. Need to open top door to watch sunrise and sunset.

Awesome place to live in. It is situated in a commercial area.
