Terrible experience with this clinic! Imagine having to pay a 5-figure fee for a tooth crowning procedure only to find out their lack of professionalism. My mum visited the clinic for her appointment to remove her temporary crowning and replace with the fixed crowning. During the procedure, the dentist told my mum that they ran out of stock for the cements for crowning, and was asked to return home until they have restocked their inventory. Why would you call us and schedule an appointment when you ran out of stock? Maybe you might have stocks available during time of schedule. But you didn’t even check your inventory before my mum’s arrival or even before laying on the dental chair. You only inform my mum during the procedure itself. This shows the lack of care and how unprofessional you are as a clinic. To others reading this review, make sure you ask them if they are fully equipped with the necessities before any procedures. This creates fear among patients and prevents you from wasting your time. We’re not paying a small but a huge amount for this service. I’m also from the medical industry and as far as I’m concerned, even a minor misconduct can cause mishaps to a patient.

Took my dad, who is a stroke patient for his tooth extraction & to my surprise, the staff, and Dr were helpful, friendly, and caring. They catered to my dad extremely well by helping him get in and out of the clinic. Moreover, I would like to thank Dr Ragu for his excellent service and gesture. (Dr Ragu, if you are reading this, thank you so much for being so kind. You are AMAZING) He did an amazing job in extracting my dad's tooth. 🫶🏼 According to my dad, the procedure was painless. The pricing is affordable and I foresee coming to this clinic for any dental issues in the future. I would 100% recommend this clinic, simply amazing. ❤️

She took the time to review my dental health thoroughly and presented several options on how to improve my teeth, and all this is done professionally and positively. My mom went 3 weeks ago for changing the removable partial denture. Great experience over there! Price is reasonable and the outcome is comforting and suiting my mom. The Dentist is very professional & patient, the staff very friendly and the atmosphere in the clinic is very relaxed. I went for a Root Canal Treatment on a tooth which was in a very bad condition, the dentist did a fantastic and painless job to save the tooth from extraction.
