As a non chinese, variety for english, BM, Thai and other language songs are pretty limited. Even the buttons on the screen are all in mandarin. A room with 6pax capacity will only be provided 2 mics. Food variety is limited but taste good. Sound system, staff and service is great. Overall you will enjoy it if you can read mandarin.

First time walk in,Time10.35pm.Reception staff told us that the room was fully booking,she recommend the room package Rm699 for us…but we didn't want to drink alcohol…the staff was offer us spent the time package Rm200 per hour.My friend was a member,so the girl told us member can buy 1hour free 1hour. While waiting she get an approver from superior.We seen an indian Girl staff with long curl hair and brown skin walk thru to the reception,She using unwilling body language and voice said we only left the room package for Rm200 per hour,feel uncomfortble for the poor service,staff very rude.

Room comfortable & ard near by area hv more parking

Its ok just a bit hard to use as the screen is not sensitive enough so sometimes have to press really hard on the screen multiple times for it to work. Some songs are available but its hard to find always unavailable but you have to search here and there and dont type the full name and ya... You might actually find it if you are patient enough to scroll through hundreds of songs lol.

price a little bit high compare to others place. hope the management can review and provide more competative price to their customers.

The staff is very responsive

Bad attitude of receptionist. In month April walkin on time 11pm. The receptionist with grafting eyelashes being like unwelcoming us . Her attitude spoiled our team good mood . Direct go to the other place ! Wont come here again!

Poor service,bad booking experience

1st time here come all the way from Pinang Tunggal, Kepala Batas haha~ The drinks and foods were ready once we check in and arrived in the room~ fast service and it impressed me to be honest. not bad in overall overall experience is good and recommended~ environment is clean and 4 mic is provided to rock and roll~ The Sound System is good also lets sing~

is avery nice place for family and friends to be there, it have package of drink and foods or alcohol and foods, just dont have buffet like redbox
