Nice location, a lot of parking spaces here. Easy to access to this place. Friendly staffs, cosy environment and suitable place for small meeting or chit chat sessions. Very comfortable sitting area, especially in level 1. I like to have iced green tea latte here. Definitely will come back again.

As usual starbucks is never disspointing. Finally got on merchandise that i’ve been looking for awhile.

It was a nice outlet with a good vibe but the WiFi here can't be used, either because it's broken or the users are too much to cater. The seats here are also limited compared to the weekend crowd that would usually visit this outlet for some drinks at night.

Ordered decaf for caffeine allergy and it was fine every time. Yesterday I ordered decaf and the quilt ticked the decaf box, but the barista didn't and all the allergic reactions showed up as a result of caffeine intake, which caused me problems at work the next day. This caused me problems at work the next day. I was very upset with the waitress yesterday, she gave me very bad service, do you even have any character standards for waitresses when you are screening your staff? (New female staff)

Came to try the hyped BP drink tie up with Starbucks. The first thing that strikes me is the overwhelming sweet smell of artifical strawberry sweetness but overall it's a enjoyable drink as long as you don't mind the expected oversweetness that comes with this kind of drink. The ground floor of the indoor area is clean and paraphernalia well arranged and neat. The staffs are friendly and efficient. However the outdoor area just need a little attention as you can see leftover cups and paper strewn around.

It's really scary how the staff proceed their own style of purchase without notify the client. Spend 35 just to get the card, but then the staff just make the payment with 1pcs of rm30 card and then swipe 2nd payment for the drinks instead. All outlet had no issue for giving a card after fullfill the minimum spend, only this outlet do. This is the 2nd time for such bad experience, the spec girl.

a bit disappointed when i order something else the staff kept on wanting add something else even i dont want. i know you guys want customer to pay more but we dont want buy drink that we dont like. please advice staff to follow what customers order instead of adding something else. but when i request for extra whipped cream you guys charge me but no extra whipped cream.

This is what you meant by upside down caramel drizzle on Caramel Frappuccino. The staff who made this is known as Mohd Azril. He literally made it by himself. And I would definitely recommend everyone who go to Aroma’s Starbucks, Raja Uda to look for this guy and he should be promoted. He was so patience listening to our customise order. Azril giving you all the 5 stars ya.

We ordered dark caramel coffee sphere but unfortunately it was out of stock ☹. Luckily the patty melts wins our heart. Great breakfast!

Place to relax & enjoy favorite drinks

The entrance junction to this Starbucks can be easily missed if you are not from here. Doesn't look like a main entrance. And now there's a crossover bridge to the Starbucks, can be a little jam when there are a few cars at the junction. Starbucks here can be a little busy, is a drive thru outlet. Is a two floors outlet. Parking are very spacious. Majority of the batista here are friendly.

Its been more than a week that the toilet upstairs is out of service.. I dont know when it will be fixed :( -Update: now its been 2 weeks 13/01/2024 and still out of service. Lets see how long will it take them to fix it.

Drive thru buy for 2 cappucino and keep on ask for taking set will be cheaper only add for Rm3 so we just take it,when going to pay the amount is Rm59++, I say how come Rm59++ then see the receipt they didnt give me set price they give me all ala carte price😡they we ask for cancel they say cant cuz ady prepare the food what the worst service i ever meet

Not many customers, the seats are quite comfortable. but the customers next to me talked too loudly, the whole level could hear them very clearly, I left there after 5 mins.

Atmosphere is good. The only downside is as all Starbucks it is overpriced.

Let me know your toilet is close before I pay for the drinks. I know now Penang is out of water, that’s y I come out to work at your place. U wan earn my money then u open your toilet, or u put a notice or ask your staff to tell before I pay the drinks

Been patronizing Starbucks for many years in many countries but this is the worst service at this place. Went there this evening, 3 female staffs at work. Only 1 outdoor table occupied by a couple. No other customers there when we ordered our drinks for takeout 1. My spouse ordered choc chip frap and requested for extra sweet (he always ordered this way, most recent in Singapore & Bali with no issue). I ordered my usual (normal) pure matcha frap. To our disappointment, both drinks are basically so much less sweet when we requested for extra sweet for chocolate chip cream frap. 2. I always asked for sleeve for my frap takeout because of the cold and prevent water dripping. Never had any issue ALL THESE YEARS in all the countries i went. Surprisingly the staff there repeatedly deny giving me a sleeve and said sleeve is for hot drinks. Yes I'm aware which is why I asked for it. She offered me a few more pieces of serviatte. Ridiculous. We didn't take it. 3. 3 staffs were there and when they are done with my drink they place the drink and a serviatte on the collection counter. Without a straw? In Malaysia Starbucks, straw are placed inside so you can't take on your own. This is the worst Starbucks ever because of such service standard by the staffs. Will never go back to this place.
