Formerly known as Tesco (which was officially open on January 2019). Hence it is a relatively new mall. There are many fast food restaurants surrounding the mall. Parking is free. It is very convenient to do the shopping here because Lotus's and all the tenants are on the ground floor. The tenants include Old Town White Coffee, Leomag Waffle, Watsons, Lohas Pharmacy, XES studio, YES Optical, MR DIY, 99Perfect, Master Key and Shoe, PRC Bike and Toys. CIMB ATM is also available.

Tesco food court tables with electrical plus no longer operational since Sept, is that the tactic to keep out crowds? See the pic attached, they get what they wished for. Easier for cleaner to mop the floor too 😒

Very convenient Butterworth town center mall. Ample parking lots. Many fast food restaurants at surrounding. In mall building has variety of merchant stores. At 8 to 9.30am daily very few customers hence is convenient to shop & easy to keep distancing Covid19 pandemic.

Just been there for lunch. Nice place and aircondition is really cold. Free parking with awning thus your car will not be exposed to the sunlight. Medan Selera is adequate with local cuisine.

Quality of some of the vegetables are below par for the price charged. Bought Holland peas the day before and am truly disappointed with the quality. As the bad ones were packed together with the ok ones, you can’t inspect whats inside the packing. Cauliflower always has black mold. Banana is almost always rotting away. Always check products quality to ensure they commensurate with price charged. And the aisle where vegetables are placed needs cleaning

Store is clean, well arranged, well air-conditioned and has a good variety of shops nearby. Parking is ample and spacious although I witnessed a near accident and the subsequent quarrel between 2 drivers.

It is a marvelous great goods selling mall to buy any goods that we are needed for our daily usage. Almost everything you are needed or not needed, wanted or do not wanted, useful or useless, clever or idiot, all almost can be found here. Wider parking area with at least four parking lot especially setup for OKU only, they can guaranteed you will get the goods you really needed with a cheaper prices, anyone also can be allowed to compare their prices of anything with others, the attitude of the workers here are so kind and friendly and they're willing to help if you're unable to find anything. That's all I'd like to say, anything, anymore, anyone, anyway, anyday, anymoment, anywhere, anytime, anyplace, anyhow, anybody, anyseason……… I, MC Jim, 武七爺, Guaranteed & Warranteed..........

This is THE Tesco to come to on the Butterworth side of Penang. Parking:open and sheltered is free , clearly lit and spacious. A good range of retailing shops for a regional Tesco. I like the atmosphere here.

Unpleasant shopping experience, there was misunderstanding of the promotion pricing of certain items and when i seek help from customer service officer at customer service counter (a thin malays lady on duty at Tesco bagan ajam around 2pm, 21/8/21) was really unhelpful while she was talking chit chatting with her colleagues. Hope the new management of Lotus look into it and provide necessary training to the frontliner. Thanks

Bought a TV there. That time, nobody was at the Electrical section, have to walk all the way to the service counter to ask for service. Nevertheless, after the promoter arrived, she was friendly and well knowledgeable on her works. Overall experience is good 👍!

well near my house so needed to go to this outlet, worst customer service ever I would say. the ladies working as cashier or in front desk are very rude & annoying , mostly are Indians when they look at another Indians all type of attitude will be shown.im really tired & annoyed to face this type of face cut during my purchase. I hope the Lotus management would do something about this. remember, if you cant serve your customer with a smile than don't choose to be!
