recently
had
a
terrible
experience
at
the
Coffee
Bean
coffee
shop.
I
ordered
a
"Chai"
from
their
signature
board,
but
to
my
disappointment,
I
was
served
Chai
Hot
Tea
instead.
When
I
approached
the
counter
to
request
an
exchange,
the
staff
refused
and
insisted
that
I
purchase
another
cup
of
"Chai."
It
was
frustrating
to
deal
with
unhelpful
staff
who
were
unable
to
fulfill
my
simple
request.
Moreover,
I
was
disappointed
with
the
lack
of
explanation
provided
by
the
cashier.
As
a
customer,
I
expected
better
communication
regarding
my
order,
but
the
staff
seemed
disinterested
and
uninvolved.
When
I
spoke
with
the
manager
to
clarify
the
situation,
I
was
met
with
an
even
more
frustrating
response.
The
manager
stated
that
"if
regular
customer,
they
know
how
to
order."
This
comment
was
unacceptable,
as
it
implied
that
new
customers
were
not
worth
helping
or
explaining
the
menu
to.
Overall,
my
experience
at
the
Coffee
Bean
coffee
shop
was
unpleasant.
The
confusing
menu
and
unhelpful
staff
made
it
difficult
to
enjoy
my
beverage,
and
the
dismissive
attitude
of
the
manager
was
unacceptable.
I
would
not
recommend
this
coffee
shop
to
anyone,
and
I
will
not
be
returning
in
the
future.
I
understand
coffee
bean
will
say
sorry
and
improve
on
next.
The
thing
will
still
the
same
and
never
improve
won't
take
action.
Customer
is
pay
money
working
with
coffee
bean
only
and
not
enjoy.
Not
coffee
bean
regular
customer
please
don't
go,
outlet
manager
will
say
you
make
wrong
order
and
this
your
problem
.
Coffee
bean
Bagan
Ajam
always
the
right.
By
the
way
why
this
outlet
hot
and
like
no
aircon
?
