I recently had a terrible experience at the Coffee Bean coffee shop. I ordered a "Chai" from their signature board, but to my disappointment, I was served Chai Hot Tea instead. When I approached the counter to request an exchange, the staff refused and insisted that I purchase another cup of "Chai." It was frustrating to deal with unhelpful staff who were unable to fulfill my simple request. Moreover, I was disappointed with the lack of explanation provided by the cashier. As a customer, I expected better communication regarding my order, but the staff seemed disinterested and uninvolved. When I spoke with the manager to clarify the situation, I was met with an even more frustrating response. The manager stated that "if regular customer, they know how to order." This comment was unacceptable, as it implied that new customers were not worth helping or explaining the menu to. Overall, my experience at the Coffee Bean coffee shop was unpleasant. The confusing menu and unhelpful staff made it difficult to enjoy my beverage, and the dismissive attitude of the manager was unacceptable. I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone, and I will not be returning in the future. I understand coffee bean will say sorry and improve on next. The thing will still the same and never improve won't take action. Customer is pay money working with coffee bean only and not enjoy. Not coffee bean regular customer please don't go, outlet manager will say you make wrong order and this your problem . Coffee bean Bagan Ajam always the right. By the way why this outlet hot and like no aircon ?

During this pandemic season can only allowed to takeaway and drive thru. great location. easy to find. i will get coffee from here or any other cafe or restaurants in this area. later can enjoy it with a seaview at Pantai Bersih. hang out until sunset. a nice way to unwind from forever lockdown. No comments on the taste. Not much different. Avoid the crowds usually during weekends or during evening after work.

We went order coffee and food, we asked for two empty mini cups, he given me one, then I said again I want two, he like forcing to give one more, coz we need empty mini cup drink easier@warm. Then we ask for plain water, he don't give, he said unless I use back the two mini empty cups that he given, this is so bad and rude. In other coffee bean in Malaysia, and even overseas we never face this problem. The Malay guy who wear spec. You speak English he response to us in Malay with rude attitude and content. Not recommended everyone to come this branch, no wonder very less people even weekend I visited, but do support other branches.

New place. Nice place. Staff really friendly. I ask many questions they still answer with clearly. Very nice of them. The coffee are good. Recommended to person wants for coffee fix.

This branch is larger compared to the one in Auto City, it is a new branch and has more seating. The design looks spacious and not too difficult to find parking. Having different kind of table and seating, table is also larger and convenience for laptop work. Starbucks, KFC and Tesco is just located beside.

This is my first time trying this drink brand. Very nice, recently just ordered Ice blended choc with coffee, have whipped cream and choc syrup on top. Given correctly what have been ordered. Wipped cream not too sweet. Choc syrup is nice too. Price is very affordable not so expensive to be compared with the delicious sip. Love the smell of coffee in the restaurant. Straw is very earth friendly. Not plastic, its biodegradable. Drive thru: dont have to q at all. Last time just order it on the go no need to q bc no car at all. Drive thru staff spoke clearly and easy to undertand. Thanks for the excellent service. Can repeat order again next time. Second visit is dine in, nice cozy environment with good deco, high ceiling make it feel spacious and not too crowded even all the tables are full. We managed to come early and staff is very attentive and helpful. Food and drinks are very good, way better than the well known coffee brand near the street. Plus its cheaper tho. Coffee bean is underrated. People should start notice it.

Service was excellent, nice atmosphere quite a modern looking cafe/restaurant. Tasty meals but quite expensive with some but mostly their meal do contain Salmon which is understandable with the prices. Nice place to study also and very super friendly stuff (said goodbye to us when we're leaving :D). Overall a nice cafe/restaurant! Definitely coming back again!

Spacious with high ceiling. Parking is ample. I had morning breakfast "Food for Thought". It was great. I wud come again.

Environment is good, however feel very dissapointed and bad experience with the blended drinks (IB Mocha). Reason: Hard to enjoy the blended Mocha as straw keep stucked by ice cube that not being blended completely. 9 out of 10 attempts having the difficulties and straw is stucked. After 1 hour, ice cubes are still there as per last attached image. Wondering if blended drinks should be consumed after 2 hours until ice cubes melted? 🤔 Look forward to the improvement of SOP training in every branch. Hope that able to enjoy the better quality drinks in future.

Hi there. We bought 2 bagels last week with additional extra mustard dressing for the salad with the cost of rm1.50 each. However the salads come with no to none dressing let alone the extra that we paid for. Not just that my husbands salad have no tomatoes in it only lettuce. What is this CBTL? This is not 5 ringgit bagel we paid for. Please la. The only reason why i drove thru bagan ajam was because it was nearby my house or else I WONT BE THERE. this is not the first second or third we have been facing issues with your store food bought tho. Do you expect your customer be complaining every freaking time we bought something form your store???

Limited dishes selections due to sold out. we went for lunch. only scrambled sandwich that available. friendly staff. cozy environment . 👍🏻 keep it up on the menu selection.

Cozy environment, quite buzy during weekend. Limuted parking space, but u can park at nearby shops or use tesco's parking. Fast and friendly staff. Coffee was good, tried their choc chip muffin, quite ok la, boleh la lepak2 rileks sembang or buat kerja sini.

Good place to take a break, sincerity services, and a harmonic relax environment. Great foods and coffee. Great place to meet family, friends, colleagues, and business partners as well. Please do remember to have a coffee break during busy work and life. A smile warm all kinds of challenges.

This is my first time went to CBTL. Even it’s only a drive-thru experience, it has a good staff.. and currently they have promo for vaccinated person (discount RM 5.00) per order.. your vaccination proof will be verified at the payment counter.. Definitely will come for dine-in 😇

I like the big breakfast especially the salad with almond and the yellow sauce.

Great interior design with lots of seats available for friends gathering or you coming alone to enjoy your coffee break. However, I came in at 3pm and noticed the the temperature is quite hot , maybe can consider to improve this issue in the future.

Actually need to give 0 star during this pandemic time, food delivery riders are helping to bring food safely to urs, but they are waiting hot outside coffes bean for long..atleast give waiting place to them wait for food, as a custemor I feel..disappointed hope this change..

I love the Melt Brownies. I tasted my friends Mango Sparkling and Caramel Machiato also very delicious. My friend ate bagel and he said he want to buy one more because it taste good 👍👍👍 the interior design make the outlet looks so warming and welcome. Nice place to hang out.

Ordered 2 bagels and buy 1 free 1 drinks at the drive thru. The drinks are good as always however the bagels is a bit inconsistent and disappointing. The portion of the salads that comes with the bagels ordered were not proportionate. One is more than the other and vice versa (refer picture). The dressing of the salad is zero to none we could possibly taste nothing than the lettuce and few tomatoes which is very frustrating compared the one that we ordered at sg dua branch (besides caltex). Please improve. Thanks

The ambient is laid back and relax. The cafe is spacious,clean and bright. Staff are friendly too. The only drawback, those cutlery were left on the table for quite some time until someone came to clean up after customer finish their meal. Since cafe is practising self-pick service for own meal, why not prepare a return cutlery window as well after customer finish eating? Just my 2 cents
