I had 4finger in KL, It's so different and delicious. However today I had it at Penang Sentral, the taste are so out, the pop ckrn chicken is cold and soft, can't even taste chicken texture, the flour is mlre than chicken. A bit disappointed. Limited choices of restaurants in Penang central. A lot of shop and restaurants closed down, i guess because of mco?? So 4fingers is only option for me because want pick up my relatives there. Food here is a standard fast food. Taste is good as usual. There have a nice view so can enjoy the nice sea view when having food there. 4fingers consider a medium cost fast food because the price is slightly higher compare to Mcdonald and kfc.

Food quality need to be improved. The chicken are not crispy at all, not serve hot and also oily smell. 3 years ago dine-in were very tasty. Very disappointed. Gurney one is better.

A little bit disappointed on food especially the chicken sandwich..the breading is a little bit hard and dry.. but the sauce did covered averting up. The loaded fries that I ordered were cooked on point, it was crispy and delicious. The view is nice and breathtaking

i wish i can give 0 star instead. it is stated at the premise that the operation hours ended at 10pm, however, when I wanted to order at 8.25pm, the cashier told me the kitchen is closed like??? if i came around 9.30pm, it would be a bit acceptable but no, i arrived an hour and half earlier from the closing time. besides, the cashier was hanging out in the kitchen and left the cashier unattended without any proper signage.

Atmosphere are nice and cozy, loves how they set tables outside and provides fans as well just in case it gets too hot but talking about foods, the chickens have nice crisps but they were too dry at the same time, overcooked. Fries too salty. Still, okay. (Penang Sentral outlet)

Quite pricey.. can eat once in a while. Like the rice texture, taste ok, maybe sauce can be drizzled a bit more, hardly taste the sauces. Recommend for free refills for drinks.

I picked up a piece, bit into it and noticed it was smelly。i suggest myself myself that maybe the sauce was just that. The second piece is ok but,not delicious, and the third piece will be broken again. The chicken wings were not fresh, and the fries were not fresh either. It felt like they had been there for a long time. Just food good looking

They simply changed our order because the one we ordered is not available without asking. When we told the staff that they should inform us first maybe we can get refund, the cashier said they cannot do anything because we ordered online,as if we are not encouraged to order online,if so why do u put qr code on the table? The cashier came all the way to our table to ask for review n picture before our order arrived but couldnt inform us that the mushroom we ordered is unavailable but just simply replace with cheese stick. N worst of all she keep blaming us for ordering online ,not admiting its their fault for not checking with us if we want to proceed or not with the replacement. Pls give ur staffs more customer service training

the staff was very polite and helpful. The cooking and beverage standards of various main food set meals and snacks are stable and good, and I believe they will meet everyone expectations.

The staff was very nice. They have hospitality. The food never disappointed me and also the atmosphere near to the sea. Seaview was my favourite!

Quality of the fried boneless chicken isn't great. The batter is quite flour-y and the soy garlic option is too sweet. It doesn't come out hot and the fries were also not that hot. The chicken itself does seem fresh but wouldn't purchase again. No complaints about the service and view is quite nice.

4 Fingers Penang Central so good, food served well, and fast customer service by the cashier. No need to wait long for food. 5 - 10 minutes food was ready even lot of people queue. Love the Chicken and spicy fries!

One of the worst 4 fingers place I have every tried. Burger was fried till the point there was nothing but it being hard. Chicken was over cooked. Fries tasted super bad. Asked for dine in but order was made to take out. Very terrible experience

Good fresh food - nice rice and tofu nuggets. We only had sides and it was enough for full meals and much cheaper than the meals.
