It's good, Ac is amazing , but why would you put a wifi avaliable sticker on Your door while you don't provide it. You want to lie so we can order first and then we get shocked of the fact that there is no WiFi , Maaan, I hate this. Again, the place is really nice, but the Wifi part messed it up.

Just another Starbucks in Malaysia. Nice design internally and on its surrounding. Drawback is drive thru is slow thou.

Location is easy to find and convenient considered that Tesco Bagan Ajam is just nearby. Plus there are other fast food outlets such as McDonald's and KFC. The sitting area is spacious and relaxing. Ample parking space too.

A nice cozy place to hangout. The only cons is lack of parking spaces and some people tend to double park.

Tldr; A good Starbucks place with great environment & comfortable ambiance. Food are alright and their beverage is just as good as always. They do provide a private room with a large table, suitable for group gatherings too. Ordered the Croque Monsieur, Chicken and mushroom pastry and chicken patty spinach sandwich. The best out of the three is definitely the Croque Monsieur, wtih good flavour and empty cheese over the top. The chicken and mushroom pastry was alright but the chicken party spinach is a bit disappointing. The sandwich's bread is very dry and became the texture of croutons after they microwaved it. The drinks are as good as always. You may customize to your own liking, I like mine with less syrup. The environment and ambiance is really nice, with chilly air conditioning, good background music and decent lighting through the windows. It's a great place for a group conversation, or you just wanna read some book or do some work on the go. Staff is friendly, service is quick. No complaints about that. Love this Starbucks, all stuffs very friendly and kind. Sometimes have to wait for the drink ( Understood la so many people order) the stuff so kind and keep apologize and they try their best to make for you ASAP. 👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love the idea of a drive thru, but the only issue is that it took longer than if I just go into the store and buy it. Improvements need to be made. Or else it defeated the purpose of a drive thru. And the girls who took the orders are simply young and confused. I repeated my order 5 times at most for them to get it. But overall I'm happy to experience a starbucks drive thru for the first time ever 👍

I'm not around here n yet dtg 2x dlm sehari 😅 I always ordered hot caramel Macchiato whenever i go to any Starbucks. But here i really love the taste of my caramel Macchiato. Suit with my taste. I'll come here again if i come to Butterworth nxt time. Keep it up with the good service

Just today (25/12/2022), they don't turn on some of the aircond so some of the area are a bit hot. The atmosphere there is quite noisy and worst than other Starbucks branches I visited. Toilet wise, every Starbucks toilet have the same issues: 1. Wet floor and humid 2. The toilet us dark 3. Dirty toilet bowl 4. Smelly

Bad service and rude employeee. Waiting almost 1 hour but still didn’t get the food. They busy with take aways order etc.But the dont have enough source to perform that. Managers should take note and arrange accordingly. Priorities should go to walk in customers 🙄.

Starbuck somewhere Raja Uda. Environment is good but coffee tasteless and waiters are so lazy to clear the table after clients left😶😶. Most of the table are so dirty unclear....

Going drive-thru. Got 2 coffee that taste pretty much like plain water. Frustrating but probably the baristas is tired or overworked. Please improve as the customers are paying for the drinks, not getting it for free.

quiet place, annoying staffs, insisted to pull up the semilucent screen curtain during broad day light saying it's dark in there . funny.

Both the food and the beverage were excellent. The staff is really welcoming, but when will the air conditioning be fixed? It's so hot that the employees must notice that everyone is sweating. What if we ate our meals and drink our drinks that had been contaminated by sweat? It is so unbearably hot there that I am unable to go and chill there any longer. I complained about the air conditioning issue numerous times while I was there, but nothing changed. The shop is still really very hot.
