never
return
due
to
poor
service.
Ambience:
Nice
Food
quality:
Authentic
good,
but
not
outstanding
until
can
overcome
the
poor
service.
There
are
many
authentic
Thai
food
options
available.
Staff
service
(particularly
to
the
lady
who
is
in-charge
of
counter):
Very
slow
and
not
attentive.
Arrived
around
7.45pm,
seated
within
5
mins.
Did
not
give
us
menu
until
15
mins
later
I
went
to
counter
to
take
the
menu
myself.
Went
to
counter
to
order,
but
the
lady
asked
us
to
wait
and
she
will
come
over,
another
15
mins
down
the
road,
she
came
to
take
order
and
said
“yes
can
order,
tik
tok
tik
tok…”
(sounds
like
chasing
us
not
to
delay
and
quickly
order),
while
we
ordering
halfway
she
went
back
to
kitchen
to
talk
to
another
staff
without
apologizing.
I
looked
at
my
bro,
he
looked
back
innocently
said
he
not
yet
finish
order.
Well,
after
a
real
short
while,
the
lady
came
back
and
continue
to
order,
by
the
time
finished
order
already
almost
8.30pm.
At
8.51pm
the
first
dish
served,
we
waited
until
9.15pm
but
the
first
order
(the
special
roasted
whole
chicken)
was
not
served,
my
brother
went
to
counter
to
ask
second
time
and
remind
them,
the
lady
suddenly
said
no
more
stock
and
suggested
us
change
to
drumstick.
In
my
heart,
hello,
I
want
the
whole
chicken
for
photo
purpose.
Suspected
the
lady
didn’t
pay
attention
and
miss
our
order
because
she
went
away
in
between.
But
again,
she
just
pretend
nothing
and
did
not
feel
sorry
for
her
mistake.
Oh,
she
did
smiled
anyway.
