A small square filled with the colors of flowers, trees, cafes and buildings. The perfect place for a temporary stop. The distinctive post office building from 1930 and the monument to the writer on agriculture in the Roman empire (Columella) will certainly attract your attention too.

Lovely place to visit. We had a coffee and a sweet treat. You can wait a little for a table at some places, but that's to be expected when it's popular.

This small Plaza is a reference point in Cadiz Old Town. Near are El Mercado Central, The Postal Service building, the Cathedral, Torre Tavira etc. There are some kioskos selling flowers, leathers products, clothing and accessories as well as food. Bars and restaurants are around de Plaza.

First thing you see after disembarking. It makes Dover look like a trash can. Why oh why can't anyone just put in a little more effort and tidy the damned place up. We have trekked around Cadiz all day with not a sight of rubbish, discarded face masks or drinks cans littering the place. Workers were out, busy washing down public areas, repairing cobbled streets or repairing old buildings. No mess, or machinery to fall over, and everyone, without exception, was friendly, courteous, on occasion had a joke or a laugh - even the local police - and seemed to be enjoying life.
