To repeat and complete one of the opinions read here, I will say that the after-sales service is not extremely bad but completely non-existent. We are in the presence of people who are more interested in taking your money than in satisfying you. So yes, they offer you free water tests, but the reception there is so unpleasant in fact that you don't want to go back to the store at all. Even my cleaning products, I take them from another supplier in Clermont because they are so unpleasant. Next… probably in court to assert our rights to a guarantee. It's a shame.
