Personnel sympathique pour l'accueil et la vente SAUF quand on vient faire toiletter son toutou et qu'on le retrouve rasé, avec des manques dans le corps et des touffes de poils non coupés... Une dame qui dit connaître son métier mais qui semble débuter dans la coupe pour chien. Aucune excuse ou regret de sa part. Donc 2* de moins...

Good experience, very friendly staff! They also offer haircut services. Not really english friendly, but that's not a big deal.
