We stayed here for a total of 10 days. This is definitely not a 4 star place in no shape or form. This is a 3- apartment “hotel”. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: close to Antibes centre/old town, two pools, gym. Okay standard room. The pool downstairs is nice and also has parasols. The room was clean and tidy when we checked in. Cons: Check-in time is very late, 5 pm. They only give you new sheets and towels every 7 days. If you want to change the towels and sheets before that it’s €20 euros per person (we were two, so €40 euros for us if we wanted clean towels and sheets). That is outrageously expensive. To clean your “apartment” (the size is like a hotel room) you have to pay €60 euros each time (!) You even have to pay that when you check out unless you want to clean the room thoroughly yourself. The staff is informative, but not very happy. You have to buy everything yourself, even trash bags and toilet paper. There is a stove top in the kitchen, but no stove. The utensils in the kitchen are okay, but they lack some things, like a cutting board, bigger glasses, sharp knives etc. Fridge is okay sized, but doesn’t really get cold enough. The double bed is a sofa that you fold out. In addition there’s a bunk bed. The air-condition works, but it didn’t get as cold as we wanted it to be. The TV only has French channels, and no Netflix or Chromecast. The internet is both slow and very unstable, you lose connection all the time. They serve no food other than breakfast at €12 per person, which you have to reserve one day in advance. I bought a coke to take away in the bar and they charged a massive €4 euros. Gym is also small, with no treadmill and very little equipment for such a big apartment hotel. Conclusion: For €150 euros per night you should expect more than what you get here. I barely give it 3 stars, and do not really recommend it unless you’re traveling on a tight budget and really want to be in Antibes.

Very little redeeming qualities. Booked a room for 3 only to find the queen size bed was a fold out couch that we had to pull out ourselves and make up. Wifi didn’t work for entire 5 day stay, reception was really unhelpful and said the person who knows how to fix it wasn’t here but they never followed up. We had to keep asking for toilet paper and they always seemed shocked that we were even asking, even though they only gave half a roll in the room at check in. Weird changing PIN number system at night to get into the hotel. On check out day we received a email stating that the room needed to be mopped with communal cleaning supplies and beds stripped with sheets taken to reception which I have never ever seen before in any budget accommodation around the world. Also made us wonder if they were leaving the cleaning to the guests how often the rooms are actually given a professional deep clean. For a fairer price we would have been better off in a local hostel, at least we would have had working wifi and nicer staff. Close to the trains but a decent half hour walk into town.

This hotel has ruined my travel experience, please stay away from this hotel if you see it! It will take your deposit and then deduct your money for arbitrary reasons, three hours after we checked out on our last day (we checked out at 7 am) we suddenly received a message that our deposit had been deducted (for reasons we hadn't been told before) and after the previous receptionist had said we could get our deposit back without any problems they suddenly backtracked and said the receptionist didn't know the rules. If you don't want to be charged arbitrarily, don't book this hotel!

Very basic apartment. Cons: Lots of added costs (wifi, breakfast etc.) Aircon does not work well. No shower pressure. Basic room utilities. Dirty balcony. Parking area extremely tight and impractical. Always a long reception line with one assistant on duty. Need to make your own bed on arrival as well as strip beds and towels upon leaving. Pros: Friendly receptionist. Two big swimming pools. Very basic gym. Location not far from train station Recommended for short stay or when you are out most of the day.

Very good location close to pole d'echanges. Has a nice swimming pool. We found some ants in the rooms and it was not as clean as we would expect.

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are well-equipped and clean, the view from the swimming pool is breathtaking! Best accommodation in Antibes in resonable price!

We booked a one bedroom apartment and we were very happy with it. It had a large corner balcony with view over Antibes harbor. The kitchen had been recently renovated. It is basic but good value for money and the location is perfect for exploring the French Riviera with the train station nearby. Note that you have to clean the flat before you leave or pay extra cleaning fee.

Dirty rooms, hair everywhere (in the bathtub, on the floor, in the closet), stains on the bed linen, dirty towels, furniture swollen with water, unfriendly staff! One of my worst experiences, would never recommend it! Run away from this place!

Unfriendly staff, Rooms with Flair of a hostel while being priced at hotel Rates. Apparently still do not pay money to cleaning staff as they expect customers to clean the room and organize bed linen/towels. Would never go again.

The worst place ever been to. The employees are very rude and no service. What ever you ask, they answer i don't know. The rooms are too small. Ordered studio: -The beds were 2 small beds 70× 140 over each other in the ile just facing the bathroom door.and one sleeping sofa bed. -You have to clean the room before leaving. -You have to take with you all the towels and sheets down to the reception before leaving. -You have to throw the garbage. -They change the towels only once a week. -It has 2 pools but limited seats. You have to wait for someone to leave to get yours. The pool on the 5th floor doesn't have any parasol. They don' t have restaurant. They have parking for 10 euros. But free parking is available just infront the hotel and on the swing entering to the hotel. In short, if you want to enjoy your vacction and staying over a week, don't recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay, Love the rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of Antibes Less than a 10 minute walk to reach the railway station (so you can easily visit the coastal cities up to Marseille or Italy) It’s great to have an appartment with all the amneties And there’s a small gym with 3 machines, swiss balls, an equilibrium half ball and 2 1kg weights which is more than enough for my daily workouts Have been going there for 10 years or so and am planning to go again

Hotel itself was great with nice pools and decent apartment, was however verbally insulted and threatened by a British man on a neighbouring balcony on our last night but I guess that’s to be expected when u stay in a cheaper hotel 🤷🏻‍♂️

The only good thing about this hotel is the rooftop terrace that has probably the best 360 degrees view of the Antibes! Having said that you won't want to swim in the pool as it's not being cleaned and has bird and feathers in it! I can't believe it's called "four stars" hotel, there's literally nothing in there corresponding to that rank. The apartments are very dated, the service is literally non existent, not only they don't provide any housekeeping but you have to put the bedding and take it off yourself when you leave! And clean the apartment as well and the checkout is at 10! You also lose a day cos the checkin is at 17... It's cheap though.

Big room with a small kitchen and a balcony unfortunately there isn't a real bed in the room only a fold out couch. There is a big pool as well. In conclusion there are 4 star hotels and then there is this place... Maybe in the summer if the pool was open

Do not stay here. They will steel your food and the prices are a ripoff for ice cream and coffee. Stay closer to the town and live much cheaper. Staff are impolite and rude. They also don’t clean and make you clean the room if you want your deposit back.

Stayed in one of their apartments which had no basic equipments and I had to go to the reception for 1 toilet roll as they come and check it after 1 week ( we stayed there for only 4nights) Had no hand-wash or shower gel in the bathroom. Room was dirty, with dust all over the apartment. Shower was not powerful at all in fact no hot water at times. Not to mention the Wifi which was useless. The apartment itself was so cold and when I mentioned it at the reception they didn't even offer me an extra blanket. mobile heater wasn't an option at that time. Later that night we had to move to another apartment ( because we complained) which had broken windows/doors to the balcony. Felt not safe at all.
