PCR test appointment made online 2 days ago for this afternoon. Nasopharyngeal test sample taken today by a friendly woman who could speak English. I arrived 20mins early - not a problem as not too busy. I was informed how the result would be delivered (you don't need the TousAntiCovid app) and that I'd get it tonight or tomorrow morning. Result received tonight (SMS and email received). All very easy. Good price too at 45 euros. Thank you for delivering an excellent service.

Super nice experience. The madam can speak English and very nice, and I tested at 2:30pm and got the results around 8:30pm. It is fast. With a health insurance card, it is free.

I didn't have an appointment but could be tested immediately. I really appreciated their availibility and efficiency.

I don't have to wait long. Once I arrived at 9.20am, I showed my appointment that I already printed out which is supposed to be at 9.45am to one of Bioesterel staffs and she said that I could do the PCR test immediately. She then asked me to verify my name and email and she explained to me about my password that I needed to open my result via email. The Bioesterel staff that did the PCR test on me also gave me my password written on a piece of paper. I would like to thank both of them for their clear explanation and also for willing to speak English with me because I could only speak a few French words.
