An Exquisite Experience! Nestled discreetly, the Toile Blanche exudes elegance and tranquility, making it a true hidden gem in the St. Paul de Vence’ oasis. Special note to the chef for its remarkably inventive and delightful cuisine, which adds a unique flavor to the overall experience. This hotel is not just a stay, but a journey into elegance and comfort.

This review is for the restaurant only. My friends and I had an incredible meal at Toile Blanche a few nights ago. The setting looking out over the pool and mountains and picturesque and everything gets better from there. Gilles, one of the owners with his two brothers, was our server and made excellent recommendations, plus gave us history on the property. The food is tremendously executed, fresh, and delicious. If the Gambas XXL are on the menu they’re a must try! Thank you for an incredible night.

It was a great decision to start our south France trip from jere. Nice ambience with great staffs around. Moreover we loved to see Caroline every morning she’s lovely and very hospitable. Highly recommend this one for people who like details and tranquility.

I have stayed at many hotels over the past years but Toile Blanche beats them all. The location is magnetic, the service by the family Leroy and their staff is outstanding, the rooms are wonderful, breakfast/lunch/dinner are a joy. I recommend this to anyone wanting to stay at the Cote d'Azur or in St Paul de Vence. Compliments!

We stayed here for 1 week and only wish we could have stayed much longer! The design of the hotel and the rooms is truly amazing, staff is super friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant - breakfast, lunch and dinner - is spectacular. It's a family-run hotel and the family is very passionate about offering their guests a unique, wonderful and luxurious experience. We would like to thank the Leroy brothers for an amazing stay and a special thanks to Caroline for taking such good care of us.

Toile Blanche is a beautiful hotel with a phenomenal restaurant. The location is also excellent--about 15 minutes from the Nice airport, but you feel like you're a world away. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the furnishings are tasteful. My family's only complaint was that the bathrooms are very dark, which made applying makeup difficult, and one of the rooms had no full-length mirror except in the bathroom (where, again, it is very dark). These are truly tiny complaints that don't detract at all from the experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning property and rooms, total luxury. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. It’s 20-25 minutes outside of central Nice but we preferred that to being central. It felt like a little slice of heaven, the pools and grounds are perfectly looked after and we loved the whole place, just wish we’d stayed longer and had better weather! Food and drink also divine.

10 min from Nice airport in a paradise-like environment with views on the walled village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The family running the hotel ensures a warm and personal welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. I enjoyed a 10-15 min bike ride to the major world class art foundations with the electric bikes available at the hotel. The walk on foot to the village is also very pleasant and scenic! At night we had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant! We enjoyed every single minute of our stay!

Stayed in room B1 last week for 4 perfect nights! One of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced. Caroline, one of the proprietors couldn’t have been more cheerful and kind. Our suite was spacious, clean and elegantly appointed. The grounds and pools were magical. Had breakfast and dinner in the beautiful outdoor restaurant and enjoyed perfect meals. Great location in a quiet bucolic setting. Can’t recommend more highly!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and our only regret was not staying longer! The rooms and hotel are very beautiful - and the service is top tier. The breakfast is also phenomenal with great croissants. We are already planning our return :)

This is a gorgeous property and we loved our stay here. The rooms are newly renovated, impeccably decorated and very clean. Each room has its own outdoor area which we very much enjoyed. The hotel only has 16 rooms so it never feels too crowded and the service was wonderful. I would recommend renting a car if you want to check out Nice, Cannes, etc. We will surely be back.

We loved this place its very peaceful and beautiful. We ordered Dorade (amazing), shrimps (big portion and tastes great) mozzarella plate was also very good. The saumon fumée was fine but not worth the price at all. The service though was very bad.. we got our main plates before the entrées as the kitchen forgot them, and they took a lot a lot of time to arrive.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place. Family owned and run, every detail is thought through. We could not have felt more welcome and looked after. The rooms are huge and so comfortable, so well decorated. We never wanted to leave. It’s everything you could dream of from a stay in Provence. Breakfast is lovely too. We’re definitely going back, I wish we could go back this summer still!

I really wanted to love this hotel and the rooms are indeed well designed and beautiful, but unfortunately Caroline who I liaised with during my reservation wasn't very helpful. She advised us to take a room that was close to the restaurant so we could get our meals easily, yet the restaurant was not open during our stay. They apologised when we got there, but we took our 2.5 year old daughter with us, having no access to a restaurant for lunch and dinner whilst we were there ruined our trip; we wouldn't have chosen the hotel if we had known. I had told Caroline all we wanted to do after a tough start to the year was relax, which is why we didn't rent a car, instead we had to take ubers everywhere to get meals at night, and my husband and I couldn't eat during the day. When we complained they offered a future 10% discount off our stay. As we would not go back, I asked when we returned from our trip if this could be applied to our stay. I have not had a reply despite chasing. I would therefore not recommend this hotel as if something does go wrong, they aren't willing to listen.

Stop looking and just stay here. St. Paul de Vence is just outside of Nice and Cagnes sur mer and you can Uber everywhere it's only about 10-20 minutes away. This hotel is unlike any other we've every stayed and others include even the finest luxury brands such as the Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons. The difference between the aforementioned giants and Toile Blanche is in the details. The room and the property is an extension of the owners home. The bedding, the toiletries, the wall textures and even the steamer are so thoughtful! Every invokes so much peace and tranquility. The grounds are lovely and if you're hoping to relax you've come to the right place. The food is also excellent! We were able to try breakfast, lunch and dinner here and to be honest we didn't find too much better outside of the hotel. We found different tasty food in surrounding towns but the food at the hotel was so fresh and you could tell how much time and effort was put into designing the menu. 10/10 we absolutely loved it and when we visit the south of France again we will go out of our way to stay here.

Beautiful hotel and attentive staff. Some minor tweaks would have made it a perfect stay! We stayed at Toile Blanche for four nights. Things were family run, and the attention to detail was immaculate. The rooms had cozy modern decor and the grounds were filled with artwork, beautiful plant life, and thoughtful little nooks to sit and have a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery. The two pools made us consider not even leaving to explore the rest of the riviera :) The restaurant was just divine. Incredible service by smiling, gracious wait staff and memorable meals prepared with care in a serene environment. Meals at Toile Blanche were as much a feast for the eyes as they were for the stomach! The location is ideal if you’re looking for a tranquil stay away from the hubbub around the local cities and villages. However, know that St. Paul-de-Vence is not within walking distance and you will have to call an Uber to go anywhere here. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Vence, 12 minutes to the nearest train station, and 25 minutes to Nice, which really added up quickly. We wished the hotel had something like an hourly shuttle to Vence so we could at least have the option to catch the bus from there to other places around the Riviera. The check-in was slightly unusual, so be prepared for that when you arrive. The gate is not marked as the guest entrance, and there are no signs to the reception desk (and actually no reception desk either). We also weren’t given any of the usual information about things like meal hours or Wi-Fi passwords. This led to some confusion during our stay when we showed up for breakfast an hour early (although they served us anyway!). The only complaint we needed to communicate to the hotel staff during our stay was the temperatures of our showers. The water never got hot. While the water did get warm-ish, the bathroom’s open concept layout with no shower doors made for a very cold showering experience every day. When we spoke to staff about the issue, Caroline’s husband said he’d look into it. The water heater was possibly turned up 1 or 2 degrees but we still ended every shower with blue fingernails and shivering through the end of our stay. Not something you expect when you’re paying for a nice hotel. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel and I’d consider staying here again if the shower issue was remedied and there were shuttles to Vence offered. Everything else was so wonderful, but those two issues significantly impacted the overall ease and comfort of our visit.
