Everything perfect! From food to service. Amazing daurade tartare (recommended to try). French classic atmosphere at its best. The owners are very nice, the lady speaks French and Russian, the "fusion"-type cuisine with an Asian zest will fit a spoiled palate for sure :) We will be back :) Спасибо!

An excellent restaurant if you like really good food. It's not pretentious at all and a very nice ambiance where you can enjoy your meal. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Not cheap but, as always, you pay for what you get. Portions are not overly large either but with quality food that is not a problem.

Literally one of the best restaurants in France! Absolutely delicious! I am not a big fan of too sophisticated dishes, but at this place that was a wonderful combination of high cuisine, unique ingredients and very tasty dishes! And wonderful service! We were with a family of 7 people and everyone just loved it!

Very difficult to find and although we were lost and couldnt find it till it was too late, they were not at all understanding. Wont go there again

It's a small cosy place. Very welcoming service. Excellent food. We loved the home made bread. The dishes were prepared very well and we enjoyed the balanced subtle tastes. Highly recommend!

Good atmosphere. Service is wonderful. Food is appropriately priced. Some Asian fusion in menu but not sure if I agree with the combination of the ingredients. Overall a very beautiful evening in L’Ambroisie.

This restaurant is a MUST if you’re in this part of France. The wine list is short but superior and the menu matches the wines. The chef truly knows how to make a sauce and the service is second to none. And you just feel welcome in the room. Babette’s Feast - no less!

Amazing food, excellent ambiance and service. One of the best in the region. The hostess and our waiter were very kind. Explained all our dishes very well, the cheese and desserts were delicious. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Brilliant food. No, possibly the best restaurant food available in Vence at present, including le Bacchanale and the Chateau St Martin but at sensible prices. Great service from the Maitre d’Hotel but served by a Russian lady who believes that Ukraine is half Russian half Ukrainian and should be divided. I will not be returning until she has left as I believe that Russia is guilty and I want nothing to do with apologists. I am British and not from Ukraine, but I cannot bear the idea of booking a restaurant where the staff supports Putins war Sorry

I highly recommend this restaurant for a special dining experience in Vence. The service was patient and attentive to our whole family with mixed dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian and gluten free). Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of complex flavors, beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lovely, romantic but not too stuffy and felt comfortable and spacious. We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant while exploring the village of Vence. Wow... what a discovery! We were a bit tattered and tired from our wonderings that morning and we were just being driven by hunger to find lunch. The restaurant has a humble exterior, but inside we found an ambiance of class and style. The service was attentively kind with a great attention to detail. The menu includes choices of sofisticated french dishes made with fresh local ingredients. The meal was magnificently prepared and both our dishes were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
