Friendly and helpful staff who also speak English quite well which made communicating much easier for me. I needed to make sure I had all my dog's paperwork in order to bring him into the UK and they were very knowledgeable about that process. They take their time and don't rush through your appointments and they're always happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend this vet clinic!

Do NOT go here if you care for your animal. I had my dog spayed with them and firstly they never explained to me the procedure so you can imagine my shock when I found they shaved her fur off fully on two sides and made two incisions on the sides verse a single incision in the middle. We thought she was okay but come some months later and she began her period. We did an echography and learned she still had her full right ovary and pieces of her left. We now have to pay to do this procedure a second time and my poor dog has to go through surgery a second time. I requested a refund and was met with an email from someone representing them so I am now about to get my lawyer involved and make this legal. If they would have just refunded me at the minimum and apologize that would have been something but NOTHING.

This is the first vet we visited in France and we think we found our long-term vet. The experience was positive in many ways. Dr Vergnangeal was thorough, informative and congenial. His English is excellent and his staff also speak English. He was very gentle with our cat and a very pleasant person. His staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Everyone seemed happy with their work. We felt reassured about care for our cats in our new country,.

We went to the clinic to get our anti-echinococcus pill prior to traveling back to Ireland. The service was excellent and doctor is a real pro - he made our dog swallow the pill easy as nobody else did before. They speak French and English. The appointment can be booked online. Recommended and we would visit the clinic again.
