Great location but poor service and bad hygiene. Too crowded.

Totally away from Starbucks standards and experience we are used too. By the end of the day it was filthy and not accepted at all. May be the customers are one reason but it is not an excuse good enough

The staff accommodated me by brewing fresh coffee since. Amazing and great customer svc

Very dirty, staff don’t care about you, crowed all the time, I never found a place to sit. People ordered one drink and spent all day long setting there.

There were some unavailable items. And the AC was not working, which is not okay in the August heat. I also really dislike how with iced drinks, they make half the cup just ice cubes. That just gives you less drink and dilutes what little you got. Given that Starbucks is among the most expensive options for a café in Egypt, this was a subpar experience.

Good place for takeout coffee and desserts it always crowded with youngs so it somehow difficult to stay in

It was a very miserable experience for me as a first time Starbucks customer. The place was very hot. We had to leave earlier because air conditioner wasn't switched on. I had foreign friends whom I recommended to go to Starbucks but we were very unfortunate.

The place offers open spaces and closed ones so you can enjoy both, the service was great + the food and coffees were amazing

Nice big location with street view, the morning team wasn’t pleasant evening team more relaxed but nothing super just cold atmosphere. Unlike shihab location

Omg .. we walked all the way to this brunch and when we arrived they told us they only have Americano :/ Like excuse me what??? This is Starbucks howcome u run out of milks and syrups and white mocha. We were disappointed tbh.

Staff are friendly, they clean tables regularly, and provide quick service. The place is comfy and has a great vibes.

Outside setting is not the best, it is neer the street flow. Inside hall is one of the best among all Stat bucks branches.

Nice place to rest and study I always order ice chicken its price is 70 large with extra milk and the staff is amazing

Very good place with an OSM staff specially Monaem , Ziad, mohamed adel, menna ,salma, hadeer . We should appreciate them for their hard work to give us this experience.

As an occidental, it was quite pleasant to find a clean, friendly and efficient place in the chaos of Zamalek. This quickly and easily became a daily routine during our one week stay in the neighborhood of Cairo. 5 stars to the super friendly and smiling women at the counter.

Look how sad my coffee looks? This is after adding whipped cream to it!!! No Social distancing standards followed at all. Wasn't a happy experience.. unlike other starbucks places. Anyways the Dulce de Leche flavor is so nice... I liked it a lot.

It was fully crowded ( i think that is the usual).. that made the quality of service is worse but it was just okay.. The quality of cheesecake wasn't that good.. Didn't like it..

Friendly staff but some how they were little bit having slow response, quality is not the same as we'd 8 Frappuccino and the same comment from the group of 8 persons that the barrister do double shot sugar not double shot coffee so it was a bad experience there starting from response to get orders till delivering the orderef items. Outdoors setup was not found and if it was available nobody would takecare about either response or mega sugar added for the lovely drink. The place of coffee bean is the same inside and outside with different logo. Very dark with no lights outdoors which is very strange for the brand as its their image.

The place was very dirty and the staff was very rude. The only thing that was good there (Iced mocha)

Only three stars Coffee is great and so is the staff. But outdoor area is unbearable due to the flies, you can't eat or drink or just sit in peace there. Also lemon cheesecake is just disappointing.

The Atmosphere is very cozy & the staff is so friendly especially Fatma😍 love her way in offering & how to deal with the customers👌🏻 big thanks to her😍😍 Keep it up this spirt🫶🏻
