So this is my best experience in egypt in tourism and hospitality sector, i loved the whole trip, starting from the organizing and the trips details it was sent very clearly, pickup from hotel to dahabiya was very smooth, the dahabiya's design and rooms are so comfortable so luxurious, we were on dahabiya called safiya the newest one, rooms had window seat directly on nile and i just loved it ! The food was amazing, the trips went very smooth, best part that the boat can dock in unique locations hidden gems along nile river banks, we went kayaking, swimming and also the jacuzzi on the deck was so good, the whole crew were so helpful and friendly, i really want to thank every one starting from our tour guide and the whole crew. I also loved how they are aware of the environment and the local community as they put in mind the SD goals at their operational system I am proud that in egypt we have that great level of hospitality and tourism service.

We had an excellent experience with Dahabiya Nile Sailing! I went with a group of around 25 people and we got to experience so much in a short time! We loved being immersed in the culture and seeing the real Egypt! Samir and his team were extremely knowledgeable and kind. He even got my friend some tape to fix her luggage that was damaged on the flight. They all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I wouldn’t got to Egypt without them! Highly recommend!

We booked our dahabiya trip with Real Egypt, and the tours in Aswan and Luxor. The whole experience is amazing. The organization of dahabiya trip is great, very relaxing and exciting. Not just visiting temples but also in touch with the local peoples and see their life. Love the afternoon tea time story, amazing! The crews on board are very nice and helpful. They took good care of everyone. We experienced 3 guides, Mahmoud in Aswan, Mahmoud on board, and Marwa in Luxor. They are all amazing: knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and took good care of us. Food is delicious, either on board or the included lunch in restaurants. What amazed us most is Real Egypt just fucus on every detail to make the whole journey with them smooth and pleasant. One thing to mention is that we had our tour in Cairo with an other agence in the 5 star hotel, I have to say the experience with Real Egypt is far more pleasant. We regret a lot didn’t book the tour in Cairo with Real Egypt. If you are reading this review, my recommendation is book everything with Real Egypt, they will make your trip excellent and unforgettable.

We had an absolutely amazing time on Dahabiya Safiya with Dahabiya Nile Sailing. The dahabiya was new, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was authentic and tasty and the overall experience was simply superb. The rooms were spacious and well furnished with an ensuite shower and toilet. The stops along the route were amazing, from the temples of Kom Ombo, Edfu and Esna to the Gebel el Silsila, Bisaw village and the Camel market. Our guide Moemen was so knowledge able and explained so many details as stories that made understanding the details and history of ancient Egypt so much easier to understand and remember. I would highly recommend using Dahabiya Nile Sailing for an authentic and well curated experience of sailing the Nile.

A Perfect Blend of Culture, Hospitality, and Luxury I am writing to express my utmost gratitude and satisfaction for the unforgettable experience my wife and I had during our recent sailing trip on the Dahabiya Nile Sailing Safya. Our journey from Esna to Aswan was nothing short of extraordinary, and I am eager to share our wonderful experience with you and potential future travelers. From the moment we stepped aboard the boat, we were captivated by its brand new and stylishly minimalistic design. The attention to detail and immaculate presentation created an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility. The boat itself was a testament to modern comfort and luxury, while still embracing the timeless charm of the Nile River. The highlight of our journey was undoubtedly the rich cultural experience we had. Cruising along the Nile River, we were immersed in the captivating history and beauty of Egypt. The knowledgeable guide provided fascinating insights into the ancient sites and monuments we encountered along the way, making each excursion a truly educational and awe-inspiring adventure. We felt truly privileged to witness the wonders of Egypt from such a unique vantage point. One aspect that truly stood out was the impeccable service and hospitality extended to us by the entire crew. The staff members were not only professional and attentive but also genuinely warm and friendly. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, creating a warm and welcoming environment throughout our journey. The culinary experience on board was exceptional. The food surpassed our expectations in terms of variety, quality, and presentation. Each meal was a delightful blend of traditional Egyptian dishes and international cuisine, expertly prepared and served with flair. The dining experience alone was worth the journey, and we eagerly anticipated each mealtime as an opportunity to indulge in delectable flavors. The carefully curated program offered a perfect balance of guided tours, leisurely cruising, and time for relaxation. We appreciated the thoughtfulness behind the itinerary, which allowed us to explore the historic landmarks while also providing ample opportunities to unwind and take in the breathtaking scenery. The pace of the journey was ideal, ensuring that we never felt rushed and could savor every moment of our adventure.

I have traveled twice now with Real Egypt and had an exceptional experience both times. The Dahabiya sailing was a highlight of the most recent trip and is a unique and beautiful way to see and understand more of about the country. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

This was the most incredible adventure I’ve ever been on. The Dahabiya was able to get into places the bigger boats can’t. We were able to visit remote villages and interact with the Egyptian people.

We recently returned from a three-week trip to Egypt that included a four-day/night Nile cruise from just south of Luxor to Aswan with Dahabiya Nile Sailing. It was a great break from the busyness of daily sightseeing as we settled into our comfortable accommodations on the boat. It was a pleasant change of pace to to relax on the deck and watch the lush greenery of the banks of Nile and nearby fields slip by, contrasting so sharply with the desert beyond. And as we relaxed, the crew attended carefully to both our and the boat's needs. Besides the sailing, we were also treated to a variety of intriguing and informative stops. Besides temples, monuments, and ancient quarries, we also stopped at island villages to meet local farmers and fishermen and see a bit of how they lived with and on the river. We also stopped at one of the cities along the way to visit a souk and a camel market for different look at life in Egypt along the Nile. All along the way, we were well fed and cared for by the crew, which included an evening cookout on one of the river's islands, which happened to coincide with on of the passenger's birthday. So after the dinner, there was music and dancing around the fire to help him celebrate. Very fun! Accommodations were comfortable. The January nights and early mornings were cool, but the crew provided hot water bags that made for a snug night's sleep under ample covers. We were passed along the way by any number of much larger river cruise boats the made the trip in less time, with fewer interesting stops, and with likely more "amenities," but I would certainly recommend the more leisurely, personal, and insightful Dahabiya experience.

Wow!! Our family spent 18 days in Egypt and by far the best part was the 3 days and night we spent on the dahabiya organized by Real Egypt. I can’t recommend this highly enough. Clean, well-appointed, safe and comfortable, the boat was just delightful. The staff were accommodating and knowledgeable and our guides were fantastic - energetic and highly educated and, most importantly, engaging and happy to share their knowledge and experience with us for the love of Egypt. I hope to repeat the experience!!

Highly recommend this cruise to experience Upper Egypt and Nile River. Mahmood and the boat staff took care of all of the guest’s needs, the cruise was smooth and comfortable, rooms and facilities very modern and enjoyable. We loved having Alfred the tour guide who was very informative and energetic explaining each of the site visits while managing the group’s time and itinerary very well.

Very interesting experience for me and my son, I love the idea of sailing the Nile river in the way my ancestors did. My trip was from Luxor to Aswan for 5 full days of sightseeing. Also I respect the sustainable goals behind Dahabiya boat for both future travel and environment.

We had a wonderful time on the Safiya with Samir and his crew. This isn't the usual race up the Nile so if you're looking to avoid mass tourism this is for you. Plenty of stops to experience local culture including a village visit, fishing with the locals and dancing to Egyptian music. The Safiya is open at the back and we spent most of our time lounging on the rear deck just enjoying the views as we cruised towards Aswan. When you're booking ask for the Safiya - they will take care of you and provide an experience to remember

I spent almost 8 months planning a trip for 23 people. I previously went to Egypt 5 years ago with a different tour company and knew if I went back I would need to plan better. We did a regular cruise and they talked me into the Dahabiya this time. I DO NOT REGRET THAT AT ALL! It was definitely the best decision I made. It was so much better, so much better you cannot even compare them! You can do way more things, dock more places, more culture, more sites, better views, on your own timeline, more relaxing ... should I continue‽ JUST DO IT! Do not hesitate at all booking. Adele was the best to deal with and made me feel like family the entire time ... now she is family! I cant wait until 2023 :)

Wonderful experience, any trip to Egypt should definitely include this. Everyone was very friendly and made sure you had all you needed. As a smaller boat the Dahabiya is able to stop at more place and you really get to see what some of the local life in Egypt is like!

We had the absolute time of our lives getting to sail on the Dahabiya Safiya! It is a life changing experience getting to dive deep into Egyptian culture, not just of the ancient world but also of the present day! We got our chance to experience multiple farmer's homes and villages who live along the Nile and try our hand bartering at a market! The amazing crew members were super friendly, great dancers, and fun to be around at anytime! The ship itself was clean and modern, a piece of luxury in the middle of the river! Cannot recommend this company enough, if you are going to sail on the Nile use them for the best time possible!

It was a wonderful trip that I have been planning for a while and I enjoyed it very much. From the moment I arrived in the Dahabiya and I was welcomed, I noticed that the staff was so friendly, welcoming, kind and worked very hard around the hour. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was varied and delicious, and the trip itinerary was wonderful, always changing, and new, compared to the trips I had taken before. I really liked the day before the last when we went to the market, shopped, and then returned to cook with the chef and do many other things. I felt that the 5-day, 4-night trip was very full of activities that could have been done in a longer program. In the end, I would like to thank the entire staff and I hope to repeat the trip again with them.

My recent field trip to Luxor and Aswan was a perfect blend of gaining knowledge and finding relaxation for both the mind and soul. Exploring the ancient temples in the company of the knowledgeable Mr. Samir Abbas, provided deep insights into the lives of the Egyptian ancients. The fantastic architecture and artwork on the temples' walls were truly remarkable, making history come alive. One of the highlights of the trip was our journey on the Dahabiya, sailing along the Nile River. This experience allowed us to stay connected with nature, offering a sense of relaxation that pushed our mental health in a better place. The stops along the way, where we visited local families and sampled traditional Oriental cuisine, added an authentic touch to our adventure. The joyful parties we had were a perfect way to bond with fellow travelers and create unforgettable memories. In summary, this field trip was an enriching experience. It combined the depth of historical knowledge with the embrace of nature and the warmth of local culture, making it a truly unique and memorable journey.

The trip was just wonderful…. 4 nights cruising on a Dahabiya with the team onboard who had my interest at heart in all they did. I can’t remember all their names but they all were fantastic. I have a special mention for Mustafa who looked after all the meals and anything that was needed to make the trip more comfortable. I would recommend this cruise if you are looking for a more personalized holiday on the Nile.🙏
