The team is very professional, yet friendly. I just had a keratin treatment for my thick hair, and I am very satisfied with the results. He uses very good products, and takes his time to give the best treatment. They offer beverages on the house as well, which I appreciate the hospitality. The apprentice was really nice as well. This was one of my worst experiences in hairsalons in Egypt.The trimming was so bad even my hair didn't need to be trimmed but he insist on me and my friend and he was saying that it was damaged and we need a new haircut.They are just good on doing a straight hairstyle but don't try the wavy and the curly hairstyles I regret it so much. Last thing they were so good and kind in dealing with the customers but I think that they just want to Invest in their customers. Bad experience never trying it again.
