Wow! A stay at the Four Seasons on the Nile does not disappoint! We were there December 2022. Beautiful silver Christmas decorations during our stay. Dinner at their Chinese restaurant "8" was lovely. Serene atmosphere and delicious food. Viewing Cairo and the Nile at night reveals a vibrantly bright and exciting cityscape!

Attending business meeting, includes lunch and beverage with high quality of food and services. The only issue is the parking especially when the hotel parking is fully vacant

Definitely a 5 star hotel with 5 star service. The balcony view of the Nile is breathtaking. Unfortunately, you will have to hear the honking horns from the highway all night but request a room on a high floor to help with the noise.

by the time we checked in we had been traveling for about 24 hours and arrived at the hotel at about 1:00 a.m. When we got to our room the refrigerator didn't work. That in itself is not a problem because I understand things like that happen. So I asked the front desk if they could send someone to fix it and also ask them if they could send up two cold sprites. After 20 minutes or so the man arrived to replace the refrigerator. Guy was in and out very quickly then the two sprites arrived, also with a bill. I told the guy that I was not paying for the sprites and that I was sure it was just a misunderstanding that they brought a bill. We drink them and go to bed. 30 minutes later after we are already asleep, almost anyway a guy arrives at the door, I asked him what he needs he said he needs to take the two sprites out of the fridge. I let him in to do so but thought to myself this is the worst service I have ever received, four seasons is so concerned about getting a dollar worth of sprites or at least billing me for them that they would send someone back to the room to take them so that they could bill us for them after we were already asleep. I don't mind paying for them in fact I never asked for them to be taken off my bill or anything else for that matter. It was just the principal of the thing.

The hotel is amazing. They treat us extremely well, helping us with all the information, concierge gave extremely good advice on where to eat around the hotel. It is location in a very safe area, around embassies. The view of Cairo from our room was incredibly and you also had a Nile view from the breakfast. The breakfast opened early with was good for us that wanted to wake up very early to see the sites.

Absolutely amazing hotel, one of the best in Cairo. I've got excellent service and good food. There were nice views from the windows on the top floor. I really liked the gym! I enjoyed every minutes I stayed there. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, multiple restaurants available there serving amazing food, service is pretty good. Upper floors are renovated but offered with a different price range. Professional service as expected by four seasons. Spa services are great too. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel overlooking the Nile. Great staff at breakfast and especially around the pool area. Thanks for taking good care of us during our stay. I have to say the lobby seating area was full of tourist who seem to settle in for a long period of time in their seats making it difficult to find a table to enjoy a cup of tea.

Stayed here for a week and tried other hotel and definitely back here again and again One downside is the control of lower price with Egyptian agencies It’s not fair at all

Mahmoud Tharwat, who was at the reception on the day we entered the hotel, helped us a lot, thank you very much, he is a very successful and helpful person, really very respectful, I wish all your staff were like him. The food in the Italian restaurant was good. But in general, there were deficiencies in the services of the hotel.Overall it was good rooms were clean.

Friendly staff, busy area if you want to park your car around, they have a garage behind the building with reasonable fees, and in front of the hotel the have one of the best short Nile cruise service, it is called "Dokdok"

We had a meeting but the drilling hammer sound (repairs in other areas) annoyed everyone and we had to stop until they finish. The meeting was pre- scheduled, so they had no excuse. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent.

I always stay here when I visit Cairo. An absolutely amazing hotel with great views on the river and downtown. Breakfast and service at their Zitouni restaurant beats anywhere else in Cairo with authentic Egyptian cuisine and a wide variety of other international foods. I can't recommend it enough!

The service is excellent and genuine. We had breakfast at Zitoune which was exceptional with an amazing view of the Nile River. Again it comes down to the hospitality. It exceeds United States standard

Zeitona restaurant was above average. Not so many choices on the menu especially for someone who does not like lamb meat. Service was again above average but not what you would expect from such a big name; I had to wait for my order for about 30 minutes!! Other than that the waiter was very prompt and efficient.

Was amazing in years past but has gone way down hill. Looks and feels dated. Front desk staff seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. Roofdeck was closed and they didn’t bother disclosing that when we made the (astronomical) reservation. Definitely not comparable to Four Seasons in other places.

Very elegant and luxurious hotel in the heart of Cairo city overlooking the Nile river. Luxurious rooms, great service, wonderful staff, very nice view, and amenities. Three restaurants: Egyptian, Italian, and Chinese. Very nice spacious lobby. High end shopping center from the prestigious brand named Beymen. We had the premier rooms looking over the Nile. Due to some incident where painting made next door we couldn’t bare the smell. We complained about it. The responsible staff took care of us and upgraded us to 10th level suits. That was very good service. Mr Ahmed Marae احمد مرعي قام بالواجب. Overall, very positive experience. Highly recommend it.

The staff could not do enough to make our stay pleasant and memorable. The suites were comfortable and house keeping did a great job of keeping it clean and tidy. The only negative is the smoking indoors. This is not a FS thing, but Egypt in general. It made for an unpleasant elevator ride most times. Thankfully the room did not smell of smoke. I had an inter leading room but could hear nothing from the other room. Overall, I'd stay here again.

I stayed at both Cairo Four Seasons during a two-week trip in Egypt in 2021. This was the second and last property of my stay, I enjoyed the location at the First Residence more as I felt it offered more amenities on-site and was better located. This property felt older to me but still had wonderful service, as always.

My family and I recently visited Cairo and our Kempinski Hotel at the Nile recommended the Four Seasons authentic Egyptian buffet. We were NOT disappointed. The Hotel itself is very modern and very carefully thought of when it came to the decor. Absolutely stunning! Back to the food, amazing and a great variety. Never came across Veal dish on a buffet but here you can surely expect it. If you are unsure of Egyptian cuisine, you have to try this place! Great work chef's and Restaurant staff. Thank you for making our visit a memorable one!

Truly a magnificent place. It's a quiet, friendly, luxurious compound in the middle of a bustling, busy, packed city. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Concierge was incredible as well - I a great young man named Mohammad (darker complexion, curly hair, young) at Concierge helped us book our tour of the Pyramids (with amazing driver Sayid and tour guide Oman). (Apologies if I misspelled names). Dining was EXCELLENT too. My spouse and I are serious foodies who love fine dining and have been to Michelin stars all over the world - The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is AMAZING. I don't even like Chinese but I LOVED that restaurant! The lobby also has great food (and super kind, welcoming staff. Wish I got the name of the server we had, I believe he had light brown/green eyes. He was amazing) Truly a magical place and cannot say enough great things about it. Everyone speaks english as well, perfect and very welcoming to Americans. Stay here!!

The staff completely make this place. Although Cairo is musty and what you would expect from a third world country, This is the oasis in the desert. The kind of place your feet like to float in ,after a long day in Giza. I'd stay here again. even though there are half a dozen 4 star hotels that claim the same service. This is not a mirage....It's real.

1- Breakfast staff need to be trained ( I was asking the waitress to clean the table more than once although it was obvious that it needed so. Coffee was always cold. I was talking to the waitress & her boss came in a rude way ( I think his name was Hisham ) interrupting me & gave her dirty dishes to take it to the kitchen, breakfast staff should pay attention to the stations they’re responsible for ) - I was shocked when I saw guests approaching the buffet without wearing masks (staff wasn’t asking people to wear any mask) A guest was near the fruits station kept sneezing more than 6 times very loud , staff didn’t ask him to go in open air to sneeze or offered any help ( he looked really sick ) when I asked the waitress to sanitize where he was sneezing she said his not Egyotian so it’s ok !!!!! - I paid extra money for the indoor pool & spa ( no one was available to order drinks , staff was all the time outside the area so I had to go out if the pool to ask - dinner was over rated so I had to outside the hotel - last shocking disappointing thing that I lost my charger in room # 1501 on Sunday 19th for 1 night & I hike leaving the room next day Afywt Checking out I found out that I lost my iPhone 12 Pro Max charger in the room & after complaining I found out that my complain went very casual & got the answer that sorry nothing was in the room & don’t worry we can give you one if the lost charger from other customers !!!! Is it normal !!! I won’t recommend ppl to stay

First time staying at a 4 Seasons and I was not disappointed. Room prices were reasonable and immediately felt like a different caliber than most hotels I've been in. Prompt, top notch service that was beyond hospitable. My laundry was folded immaculately which actually made it easier for me to pack during my travels. Room service was timely and in and out before I could tip them. They also opened up the gym area for me when it was closed and I couldn't sleep. Top tier service and facility. Highly recommend staying here.

I love this hotel ... you see the luxury everywhere you turn your head... The events that I had attended in this hotel were always well organized and executed ... their food and beverages department is excellent and so their food is always perfect and the menu selection is well assorted ... their service is extremely helpful and polite ... That is why this hotel is our business preferred venue when hosting any event... Keep up the great work

It was fair. Other Four seasons I’ve stayed in were better in quality and catering. The concierge staff were excellent especially Mohammed. But the room service was not great because there was always something missing. The private bar was not restocked before we arrived, and the room was not ready at check in time.

Very average Xmas brunch. Never have I been to a carvery and twice offered inferior cuts of meat - by different chefs. For a 5* Hotel it was a disgrace. I should not have to ask for a better slice on two occasions. Shameful.

Bait and switched us from a Nile View Room to a “Superior Room” for New Year’s Weekend and charged us the same price knowing we would have no options for an alternative. Hotel is old as it is, but the superior rooms are gross. Not to mention, I have stayed at over 50 Four Seasons Hotels and the service at the front desk here is by far the worst. Will never come back.

Wonderful place. Wonderful people. Excellent service. Outstanding staff at this place. Honestly, the food was extremely nice - room service as expected (good - serviced by wonderful staff who do not hassle you for a tip). I gave location 4 stars because the Nile isn't as pretty as you would have hoped; reminds me of the River Thames. Had a Nile view room on the 8th floor. The weather? HOT. Sitting on the terrace with the cool breeze was a welcome retreat come evening. Highly recommend.

Excellent location on the NILE . Secuirity and metal detectors at the entrance, They have an excellent system for luggage delivery to the rooms. Fast check-in. Rooms are spacious and fantastic, well kept, decorated, and cleaned. with a big toilet bath tub and shower, nice closet and balcony. Amazing view of the NILE . Bed linens and mattress are SO COMFY ! Very fast service best house keeping I’ve ever had in a hotel, my room always kept clean and checked on! The concierge and all the hotel staff are experienced in customer service The caliber of staff and customer care culture is definitely a reflection of the Four Seasons management's standards and commitment to provide an exceptional customer service experience to it's guests. They have an ATM near the lobby and a small souvenir shop . The spa is great, very good Balinese massage. The pool is very nice with a lovely Jacuzzi. As an extra service they have a chat service 24 hours thats useful specially when ur out of the hotel. This hotel never upset me I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Cairo its a plus to your stay.

Best hotel not just because of the facility, but for the hospitality, services, and extraordinary staff Rooms are spacious, well decorated, and super clean Housekeeping is very professional and friendly (Mr. Sami) was one of the best Room service is slow but not bad, yet the food is not that good (Mr. Yasser) was one of the best too Laundry is very fast, and work is perfect The reception and concierge staff are very friendly and helpful The management team is always there and ready to support and help with whatever you want, especially Mr. Mohamad Elsayed The breakfast buffet at Zitoni was good with a lot of choices and great service (Mr. Sayed and Mr. Mahroos) we’re very welcoming friendly and professionals The pool wasn’t that good, and service wasn’t up to the standards (check my review there) The upper deck lounge is amazing (check my review there) Yet the whole experience was great and worth the money

The rooms are great and the stay was very good. The dinner was average .. Just to be nice: tandoori chicken was bad, um Ali was average, very limited options in the buffet. I really expected much higher quality! I will skip having dinner in their restaurant.

  • 4/5 Bryan S. 1 year ago on Google
Room was nice, view was great, the food and coffee could have been improved and the snack options in the room were limited. Not many non-alcohol options. For the cost everything should be fully on point. There was also confusion about how to link a card for room charges. You need to pre-pay in blocks of $400 dollars.

Went there for a drink with my family after investigating a so called "Hotel" across the road, which was a disastrous experience. Hence a recovery needed. The reception coffee shop was busy with elegant guests enjoying their time. Drinks was good, staff are efficient & pleasant.
