From the experience of a company that is not good in dealing, there is no commitment to contracts, there is no system, and they did not deliver the units as agreed upon. The worst company I have dealt with in my life. The delivery date came and they did not deliver anything and they needed other money other than what was in the contract to give me the apartment.
