Reception and staff doesn't have any experience to deal with customers in addition to that they add 27% more above booking rate Breakfast was v bad

Very good hotel. Especially logistics. Rooms are well decorated, fully furnitured and new. The room size is sufficient. I choosed double room. There panoramic elevator is fast and good. There is a cinema in the hotel, Foodcourt and pool. The pool is clean and big. There are two life guards. There is also two kids games in the pool.

Nice place and clean rooms but the check in and check out process is extremely slow. Except for this I liked the hotel. The pool had some swim practice lessons which was annoying the coach kept using the whistle past 11 pm which disturbed my sleep.

Well established hotel, nice amenities, but slow staff and sometimes hostile. The door lock card never works for two consequent times. Do not be in rush and accept whatever they offer or seek for another hotel.

The location was good, and the room was clean. But staff need a sense of responsibility (I have forgotten my passport in the room when I check out and No one call me at alllllll , and was on my way to the airport , I come back from the airport.

Loved this place and it's atmosphere, very relaxing and calm, nice for night calm hangout.

Love it ☺️ it was a very nice experience. There was just a problem with the rooms keys i hope they can fix it but they are helpful people and clean house keeper and good food quality. Will visit them again isA

Good location, lovely staff, good services

Nice,fairly clean hotel.Very nice girls at the reception agreed to check us in much earlier than possible.Good light breakfasts,great location.
