The doctor I met was not knowledgeable. You cannot reach the Dr via what's app. Even if she is online. You have to call the Centre, describe your problem and they forward to the Dr. All medications prescribed were wrong. They even requested me to do catheter though I didn't need it. I respect the nurse in their golf branch. He was clever and honest.

Unprofessional center, i called and reserve for my dad, whomever replied via phone from a week that we will attend at 10:30 am friday for today so as not to wait, but suprisingly their were no reservations but by the first come first serve thats the first mistake, its now 12:25pm and the doctor says that he will go to pray although he is the only one at the center thus we are waiting till he finish praying and as far as i am writing he didn't return from the gomaa pray till now. If their were a manager at this center i would have called him or communicate with him in order not to repeat the same mistake with the others, but unfortunately u r in egypt as usual.

Very unprofessional way, doctor wessam has recommended a specific lab to make my tests which was a very poor one , unknown as well, In add that when I went to buy the medicine i did not find one of them at the pharmacy and I had to call the centre to talk to doctor if I will buy another with similar effective treatment, He refused to answer my call (as per the assistant said) And he asked her to send the alternative medicine on WhatsApp to approve. And they didn't even care to answer so far BTW, this happend more than month ago !
