If you work remotely, this is the place to be. A/C, free WiFi (which is not granted in most places in Cairo), and the place feels neat and clean, especially for the overall low egyptian standards. 8 out of 10 of the visitors work on their laptop, and the rest 2 are studying some book and notes.

Staff was friendly, food was alright. The pancakes did not look like the pictures but they tasted nice. I enjoyed the chocolate frappe and grilled vegetable wrap. They have plantbased milk and also the wrap was vegan which is great! There is AC, bathroom was not super clean but at least there was toilet paper.

I ordered from Beano's through Talabat and the order was managed by Beano's. Almost an hour after ordering (I live five minutes from the restaurant) I received the wrong order, so I tried right away to call Beano's to tell them, but the number was unavailable. I contacted Talabat customer service for help and they tried to contact Beano's, and again could not reach them. After 1.5 hours I tried again, and was told that I needed to return the full order in order to receive a refund or what I had already paid for. I was given two coffees and a hot sandwich, none of which would be good hours later. The coffees were gone, but I offered to give the sandwich back (although for health reasons they need to throw it away, so I don't know why they need it back). They still refused, saying I need to give back the full order. This Beano's will never receive my business again, as their customer service is beyond terrible, especially given the poor quality of the products they offer at such high prices.

Espresso and croissant were ok, but not very good. The espresso was too sour and the croissant too dry. The staff is very servant, almost too much. Very clean and Corona-safe. Bathrooms also very clean and with toilet paper.

Second time I had visited here in a week. The first time was lovely and I got the panino cheese sandwich and it was lovely. The young man who served us was very nice and friendly. We went there because we saw the menu in English but they barely speak the language and it was so difficult to ask for something as simple as a glass of milk as it was not on the menu so they didn't understand it.
