I don't where to start! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. On the 2nd night while i was having a shower someone opened the door and closed it again i had all my belongings everywhere and was so worried so i ran outside to see. Then the guy works at the hotel told me "i came in your room to see if it vacant or occupied" i said to clean it? He said no, so asked him do you go to every room to do that he said "yes" Unbelievable!! Everything at this hotel is wrong, rooms are dirty, carpets are mouldy, dust is EVERYTHING. I highly don't recommend this hotel "if you can call this a hotel "

This hotel does not offer Wi-Fi even though you are charged, it's not sure you would get any connection, breakfast is average not much of variety. Cleanliness is average and room service is simply pathetic, most if the times they keep their phones engaged and it was a struggle to get basic requirements delivered to your room, not recommended

Only good thing about this hotel is location. Housekeeping service is awful. They not available after 6pm. No hygiene at all. It’s We found cigarette ashes and hairs in the bathroom. Hotel staff doesn’t give any attention. Not recommended.

Good experience for the start level, staff were very friendly and hospitable (tips required of course). The only take aways I have is the wifi limit cut off after one day, you can probably watch about two movies and that's it for your hotel wifi... Guest are required to provide Passport/ID to visit.. I was charged for a day before I even checked in (that was the book the room fee). The TV didn't work, missing batteries in the remote. Overall it's a fairly good hotel to stay at if you're in the area, many of places within walking distance. And a big shout out to the lobby store owner Muhammad, good guy!! 👍🏾

Good value, and not too far from downtown, although we called several Uber drivers who couldn't find the place. This is not uncommon, however, so just order another one and just pay the 15EP fee for cancellation. Nice cleaning staff, so tip them privately.

The location in itself wasn't special but that meant it was quiet. For a good night's rest it was perfect. The room I had was lacking a view but I wasn't bothered by this. Service was nice and the breakfast was okay for local standards. Overall I had a good experience.

This is an amazing hotel despite the only 3 stars.

Great value for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful - Ahmend Mandoh and his team went out of their way to welcome me. The Wifi was decent - we had a dedicated router in our room - and the breakfast buffet was also good. There's a few cafes closeby and a supermarket, so the location is also very practical.

Terribly dirty rooms. Old rusty elevators. The place was totally unkept for the price they charged and even charged a separate fee for bringing food up to your room

Great value for the price, the room was comfortable and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was limited by the time I was eating, some of the buffet options had run out.

You get what you pay for. I would say it is the best when you are travelling on budget. The location for me was great because of its close to the work i went for

Our room was looking into next door building. There was also a large aircon unit which went all night. A carpark at front seemed to be part of a hospital & was very noisy during night. Breakfast was good except difficult to get an expresso coffee even though they had a machine. 2nd day wait staff went to get us one (breakfast has been moved to another location but not the machine) he came back and poured a horrid instant. Nice cafe opposite makes a great coffee though!! Easy walk to places.

Cockroaches found both dead and alive in the bathroom and the rooms, not clean at all. Overpriced and claimed to provide a “better room” after complaining about the cleanliness only it was smaller.

Its okay. It's clean, bed was hard (I liked) and had an English language movie channel. Free breakfast and also restaurant on site. It's dated but most places in Egypt are. Low cost of room is great.

Dated hotel, but the service is professional and friendly. The bed was comfy. The location is surprisingly quiet and peaceful for Cairo standards. The breakfast is quite disappointing and the food safety standards are questionable.

Terrible service, terrible coffee (dirty water and old bread), never changed the linen and towels. Internet is not free. Overpriced for what you get. They also charged our credit card twice and we had to wait forever for someone to come from other place to cancel.

I won’t be able to know how all the staff are but unfortunately I had the worst experience about one specific staff called ahmed and he didn’t want to provide me with his last name. Zero customer service and he was so rude in talking wether in English or Arabic and when we wanted to escalate how he is handling the situation ,he didn’t care and he informed us that ‘ the manager will be there tomorrow anyway otherwise he won’t be able to talk much anymore ‘ mentioning it is a 3 stars hotel and this is how it is. Very bad experience
