    My experience in this hotel is by far the worst out of all the Bonvoy chain. We arrived at around 11 pm and entered the room to sleep immediately. In The morning, I go into the bathroom for a shower and found some of the essential items weren’t there, namely large towels and shower gel. The problem propagates much bigger than this simple mistake. I requested the missing items via phone and after a few follow ups and 45 minutes later, only received two towels and no shower gel or soap. I was annoyed at this point so I went to speak to the duty manager, Michael, to help us get proper housekeeping. The unfit manager just gave me some fluff words and told me sure I will call them. I said I will go out of the room for two hours and hopefully everything will be good once I return, but of course nothing was done. I repeated my ask to the Michael with another two hours period, and still no result. It took 4 visits to the same manager and over 2 days and I was not able to get the simplest thing any hotel could offer. On top of this, when talking to Michael, he was so rude about this and kept saying “I can’t do anything more I called room service for you.” The smallest thing he could have done is follow up with me and housekeeping to make sure the issue is resolved. I also mentioned that I am staying in the hotel as a guest, but I felt like I am begging for what exactly a hotel should know how to do. Please also note that in the 3 nights I stayed, housekeeping only cleaned the room once (same instance when I continuously followed up). I want to be clear that the hotel itself is nice with good location and amenities. The biggest problem it has is Michael and the other staff. How come the guy for the minibar can disturb me 3-4 times a day, but housekeeping never shows up!

    I stayed there and the staff was rude. I felt that because I was of darker skin tone and did not speak Arabic I was not of importance. When checking out of the hotel I was trying to settle my bill. Another guest came up 2 women asking for a room key, and a male needing assistance. The gentleman stopped helping me, told me to wait, and assisted them. This wasn’t the first instance this happened throughout the hotel. Even in the concierge lounge I was the only patron asked for my room number, but no body else was.

    Be aware! Cleaners/staff steal from the rooms! Had my mobile phone stolen from the room. Manager said since cameras are only in hallways, they cannot do anything.

    This place is amazing! The staff are friendly, the hotel is pristine. Breakfast Buffet had so many traditional and delicious. choices. Our waiter Ezra was so funny, we really enjoyed ourselves.There’s a chocolate fountain in the lobby that’s mesmerizing. If you are traveling to Cairo, don’t miss this hotel & casino!

    Have to stay after trying the St Regis, and the Mena House Marriott, this was unfortunately a big let down , mainly in terms of service. Check in was super slow with tons of people having a commotion. After 35 minutes I went to a manager and speaking English and then seeing I was Titanium sort of changed things, where I got whisked away to the executive floor to check in. And that floor is impeccable with great food, drinks and service and most amazing views. But overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel, the room was nice and great view, but it's too busy the hotel, even the pool was basically a nightclub which was unexpected.

    Very nice hotel, very accommodating. Food in Gianini's restaurant is very tasty. Very clean, staff are very friendly. There is a clean gym which is very spacious, jacuzzi indoors and out, sauna and steam room. I would recommend it. I paid €633 for 4 nights.

    The hotel refuse to give me my room my reservation was room with pool view they give me without view and i when i compline the told me tomorrow and nothing happens there is a person called ahmad faraj who are super rude and not polite I don’t recommend it it is a wist of time H22051333301000 my reservation number Also i called to complain and there is a guest service called shiren and maryan they told me they will solve the problem and they will move me to other room and give me pool access nothing happened . Also they deliver my complaint to the duty manager mr Amer And call me back also nothing happened The picture below is the pool view

    Let me start by saying what exactly happening in this hotel from lack of attention and disrespectful attitude starting from the reciption manager who is suppose to be a role model for his team standing in the hall area not even saying good morning or welcoming me specially we have history before as this is my 10 year coming to this hotel continuously and once he see a couple of young beautiful women entering the area he kept talking to them and explaining I don’t know what as he was really focused not able to hear what they are saying and me passing by them he didn’t even say back anything maybe some people will say it’s not that important but for me it’s being so rude and secondly around 3:00 AM some of the staff called and told me did you request bathroom I told him no but I requested sugar for my tea he told me sure will send right away and after an hour + no one came and I went down to get my breakfast from the restaurant and that is one of the things that is really going wrong in this hotel that am really starting to not accept or pass by unspoken about anymore

    My Husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel during part of our Honeymoon and wow we cannot say enough good things about our stay. We arrived very early in the morning and the concierge accommodated us with an early check-in and room upgrade - Thank you to Soha at the front desk for this! Our room was beautiful & spacious and even had a balcony overlooking the Nile. The entire staff treated us like Egyptian Royalty from the moment we arrived. It was wonderful to receive such friendly service so far away from home. We ordered room service and the food was delicious (they even made us a complimentary authentic Egyptian dessert tray.) A special thank you to Mohamed Taher who helped us with any request we had - you are one of the kindest souls we have met! Thank you also to Mohamed Bshir - you have no idea how much we appreciated your warm smile every morning. With much love from Canada!

    I had a very good stay. The people on the ground floor was very helpful and helped with my bags and getting taxis. One of the men, Magdy, was very professional and friendly. In the lounge I was given great customer service by Aymen Mosely. He made me feel right at home and tried to give me 5 star service.

    I would always give you a straight 5. Last year was my wedding and we stayed in the presidential suite it was out of this world with all the details included , and this year we celebrated our anniversary with you guys , we stayed in pool view suite wich was so comfy with warm vibes ❤️ Night life is super great as well. Never the last time everytime. Mr.Amr shafik is the one behind it all

    Don't expect too much when booking this hotel!! The room cleaning is terrible we booked a suite in the 4th floor it was dirty and dusty we couldn't open the curtains because of how much dust in it. The kettle had mold in. We had to clean the wardrobe ourselves so that we could use it. The food was terrible overcooked and dry. The music from the pool is really loud and disturbing. The rug is smelly and old. Don't expect a lot from the lounge food either cuz we stayed for 7 days and they served rice and meat every single day. Overall they must reconsider their cleaning methods cuz it's not a 5 stars standard

    We were upgraded and the room with wrap around balcony, shower AND bath tub, comfy beds, great view was Divine. Asked for bathrobes to be sent to room and it occurred within 5 minutes for the asking.

    I haven't even checked out yet and I already want to review this hotel. It is beyond exceptional, the location, views, service, club lounge. It might not be the newest hotel but who wants that when visiting one of the most historical cities in tne world. The views from the club lounge on Level 26 are INCREDIBLE! Three 60 views of the Nile River and surrounding communities along with the Pyrimids of Giza, what more can you ask for? Right next to the bridge to Zamalek Island and then onto Tahrir Square. The hotel fits perfectly into the surrounding area. There is a great range of restaurants onsite and even a Duty Free store! I was particularly impressed by Mai Medhat at the club lounge check in, she is so professional and welcoming. It was such a nice touch to call after I arrived in my amazing room to see if everything is okay. The staff here are so lovely and genuine, they really want to go above and beyond to ensure their guests are enjoying there stay. I have stated in Marriot group hotels from London to Dubai and everywhere in between, this has to be one of the best. Marriot authenticity at its best. Shukran! I can't wait to come back

    Stayed 3 nights on a pre-cruise with Viking. Nice and clean room. The breakfast buffet food selection along with the service was great. Had a very late lunch around 3:00p at the hotel's Gianni's NY Italian Restaurant thus there were only a couple of customers. Yet service was way below par. Had to wave down the waitress 3 times; to get our order, refill our drinks and get our check. She never bothered to come back if we need anything else. Good if food was great but the spaghetti was quite dry and tasteless though the BBQ pollo was ok.

    We had a brilliant time here, really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed some of the excursions organised by the hotel, and found them very well-organised. (Though it’s worth taking dollars to pay.) The food was beautifully presented, with good food-hygiene standards (we ate in the executive lounge). On clear days, we could see the pyramids from the lounge. Bed was comfortable, and although the bathroom was quite small, it was big enough, with a decent shower. We also had a balcony, which was fun.

    The location was great, thankful for the upgraded room. However, the ant infestation in the cabana was the worst. Lost a lot of our sweets that we thought were properly sealed, but the ants proved that wrong. On the last day, checking out was extremely difficult after requesting our luggage be picked up, making 3 calls, and waiting 30 minutes for someone to get our luggage. I started taking luggage down to the taxi area and informed the concierge we called 3 times. They then made it a point to go get the luggage from the cabana. The consistency of the hotel staff is lacking, and the cleanliness of the rooms was an issue for me. No luxury hotel should have a rodent infestation.

    Rooms were clean and spacious. The problem was elevators, door locks, and key cards. It almost seemed like they need to replace all of the lock system, across the whole hotel. The other thing, probably not controlled by hotel, was how much smoking happened outside of designated areas On the plus side, restaurants were very good.

    The hotel has a great location and views, but male sure to have a room with a view of the Nile not the street. It's a walking distance to Zamalik and downtown. If you are a smoker it's advisable to book a non smoking room and go smoke in the 1st floor lounge or at the pool..there was a smell of smoke that even to a smoker was bad. The pool is small but good for a quick swim and some sun exposure. The casino was good, the staff were friendly but you need to bring your passport with you so they can create an account for you. Lounge was good, we didn't try the club or restaurants. Very easy to get transportation from and to this place. I gave this hotel a 4 star because of a lady who "welcomed" us at check in, we don't know her name, but she was interfering in the checking in staff work, asked so many questions and was not very welcoming, she must be looked at by management and better trained to speak to people.

    The Sheraton in Cairo was amazing. I am an ambassador with Marriott and travel all over the world and their service was so amazing. The room they provided was amazing I think it was 1674. It was actually 3 rooms! The ladies at the club lounge were sooo amazing and nice and took care of any needs you wanted. I would leave the room and come back and there would be deserts and fresh fruit waiting on my dining room table. When I got scammed at the pyramids they got me my money back. They let me extend my stay in a rather extravagant room. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this property. It’s club lounge is so very nice and with amazing breakfast. Good local food is nearby and it’s restaurants are good too but I enjoy the street food. I have no point of reference from any other hotel In Cairo as this was my fist time there but I don’t see the point in staying any other hotel while in Cairo. Awesome! The pics are the views from my room.

    “I love you from Head to Toe.” If you are a guest in at the Sheraton Galaa in Cairo, you should expect nothing less than the best treatment you can every receive in a hotel. From the doorman, the porter, to the crown of the resort on the 26th floor, the Lounge that is run by the queen of hospitality Mai Mohamed. I was extremely pleased to be your guest twice in the last couple of years. However, I did not receive the treatment expected as a Titanium member of the Marriott. I received a lot more than what I bargained for. I’m almost always get a room upgrade wherever I go. I’ve been a Diamond member with the Hilton honors program as well. Sometimes, we don’t observe the treasure that we have. There is no profit without honor among his people. The personal care that I received would last for life. You have a manager name, Mai Mohamed who is unique. She goes above and beyond the call of duties. I met her for the first-time last May. She demonstrated serious and practical care for my need of an upgrade. I own and operate a super busy midsize law firm in the state of Massachusetts. I’m constantly working even during my vacation. The small room that I was in didn’t accommodate my need. Ms. Mohammed did not cease to search for an upgrade for me. I could see the joy of satisfaction when she was able accomplish that in the middle of my stay. Her unparalleled care has positively impacted on me and my family. Also, I met with the manager whose name is Mr. Hossam Adib. I addressed some of my concern, and my recommendation for change in the presence of Ms. Mohamed. We had a very productive and intellectual discussion with the promises to change. As you know, Cairo was blessed with many Hilton and the Marriott hotels. Without any doubt, your hotel stood higher by far above any place I have ever stayed in, not only in Egypt, but also globally because of the personal care that cannot be forgotten. I got to experience the meaning of Maya Angelou’s saying “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. “ Great thanks to you heiring and retaining an awesome team. Please forward this to Mr. Talaat Mostafa. I am hoping that my e-mail would shed light on the quality of your team. Also, I would like to share my assessment by placing in it on some of the traveling website. Please let me know if I could publish some of it or all of it, and which websites do you prefer.     Excellent location and nice service, very good food and beverage choices, friendly sincer staff On the other hand, saftey is not proper and security is not satisfied, staff try to open door begging for money, disturbing guests, happened to me , which is very big negative part, also, very bad spa experince, no time respect at all and very bad treat in the spa, Looks like no strong firm management behind the hotel, unfortunately. Never back to it.

    My wife and I stayed at this hotel and it was one of the best experiences. Kyrolos Hanna at the reception desk helped us with everything from check in to check out. He was very nice, helpful, and friendly. Although he was busy, he would always stop everything to answer our questions or help us with whatever we needed. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again because of Kyrolos!

    This Place is a joke. My 71 year old grandma Stayes here for 2 nights and the first night with a payed reservation checked in at 23h00 and her room wasnt available. She was only Able to enter the room that she payed for at 07h00 . This is a disgrace.

    Finally arrived @ Sheraton Cairo (Sep 2022) after having delayed our trip since 2019 due to the pandemic. Hotel Management preserved our 2019 rates & upgraded us to an Ambassador Suite (used to be platinum in 2019 & now titanium). The staff @ the club lounge (Mahamoud & Mai) were simply superb & made us feel so special. Our group of 8 were given VIP status & given an extended late checkout till 6 pm (as we had sn overnight train to Aswan @ 7 pm). Whilst the hotel is a little dated - it is beautifully maintained & housekeeping was flawless. The masseurs & masseuses at the spa were professional & did a great job unknotting all our tired muscles! Kudos to the Sheraton Cairo team & thank you for making our stay so special! We enjoyed ourselves very much.

    Its a fine 5 star hotel even though there are too many activities going there that can be annoying especially when you're trying to use the lift to the 18th floor 😑 This hotel isn't for someone that doesn't like crowd 🤔 Asides that, its close to the Talaat Harb Mall and Market (10 mins drive without traffic) Max shopping center (a 4-5mins walk) the Islamic bank, KFC, Fruit markets etc.

    Amazing place to stay. All you need with 5 star luxury! I was completely happy with the cleanliness and organization of the place. Service was 10/10 Rizk, Dina, Mary and the entire breakfast staff on 26 were super cool. I really enjoyed the stay. Food and beverage selection was excellent. I will be coming back!

    If the hotel doesn't show any care to its cleanliness especially when things goes too dirty and too disgusting then it's not worth your visit. Be careful. I showed this to the hotel manager and he didn't care . This is dated 30 August 2021.

    Fantastic hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Making the stay welcoming and easy. If you need anything, someone will find a way to help you get it. COVID tests are done at the hotel, and they will call someone from the lab to complete the test. The only down side, is if you have a "pool facing room" they frequently host weddings and parties which have loud music well into the night. Not much you can do about it. If you can sleep through music, then no worries, otherwise, chose a different room.

    Employees are amazing and they are 5 stars. The rest - not even 1 star! Dirty, stinky, terrible location, construction outside every night!!!! It was a nightmare , right next to noisy highway. Terrible place . Also SMOKING INDOOR??? Seriously? Gross and stinky.

    Beautiful property 🥰 I loved everything about this hotel. The service was excellent. The rooms were very clean. You can’t beat the location. You are central to everything. My favorite part of this hotel was the executive lounge on the 26th floor. There is a Happy hour from 5-7pm everyday. The food was on seriously so good. I also loved Studio 70 (Bar downstairs) They play awesome music and super friendly bartenders. Ask for the “MK Special Drink”🍹

    Very nice hotel, fairly close to Giza. Spacious room that was clean and well kept. Would gladly stay again. Staff very friendly. Executive lounge was well equipped with self serve sodas and water. Breakfast there was cooked to order- very nice! Several restaurants nearby along the river.....if one can navigate the crazy traffic and not get run over! Well served by Uber for trips to nearby attractions.

    It's a decent hotel but it isn't very accessible right now. You can't really leave because all the sidewalks are under construction at the moment. It's also pretty loud in the rooms. I could hear the traffic and horns on the road from my room on the 10th or 11th floor

    Room was beautiful snd clean with spectacular views of the Nile River. Registration desk personnel - Mohamad Elgmmel and Ahmed Ali were outstanding in their check-in and check out and offering Sheraton Club which was outstanding with Amany Samy for hospitality. Chef Mohamad Farag’s foule and falafel were delicious and his hospitality was impressive. All in all everyone was very hospitable and friendly. Definitely highly recommended to people with fine taste.

    I called to check Day Use packages. The man on the reception asked me if I want to check the day use with room or without. I told him "without", he connected me to a horrible lady she couldn't speak English. She said day use is "One zero zero zero two including bed" 🤣 I tried really hard with her, but couldn't understand anything. So I asked her to connect me to someone who speaks English. She dropped the phone! 🤣 A minute later I receive a call, I pick up some lady starts to speak and says "You want "bool"?" I was like "who is this"? She goes: "Laila". I go: "I don't know no Laila, please let me know what is your business?" And she didn't understand me! So it took me some time to realize that itsy the girl from Sheraton Hotel ahahha. So she said "the bool is sixa handarad". I was like "is this week days or weekends?" She said "Call reception." I said: "Please connect me." She dripped rhe phone again. Ahahahahahaha I didn't actually expect Sheraton to be so balady amd nobody speaks English?! How! You are hotel! Horrible. I don't want to come and pay 600 Egp for such a balady experience. I have enough of it in Cairo. That's why I am trying to have some nice time. But even such hitels as Sheraton are disgusting.

    I only wanted to use the duty free shop, which is located within the hotel, after the duty free was super rude to me, I wanted to make a complaint to someone from the hotel itself, I was thrown like a ball from the service desk to receptionist to duty manager and no one wanted to take accountability, it's a different sector but they operate within the hotel, if you want to be a successful hotel, perhaps get a training in how to talk to a paying customer, I was thinking of staying there for a week but I have seen enough... If you have no control over the shops that operate within the hotel, perhaps you should think if closing it, or holding their personnel accountable for their rude and lazy behaviors.

    The reception was not very good the bedroom was not ready and it took too long to solve the problem. However the dinner was wonderfull, a very good suprise, the food was delicious, the staff treat us like princesses especially mr. Hesham Hashem, an experience to repeat.

    This place doesn’t look anything like the photos. It reeks of cigarette smoke and aside from the café and wonderful wait staff, I would be cautious of staying here. It is dark inside, almost cave like, and depressing and extremely outdated. It badly needs to be renovated.

    Sheraton one of the biggest and best hotel in cairo. Full of facilities and outlets. And different Restaurants cuisine. such as Japanese, Italian, bridge cafe

    I had my wedding there. It was amazing. They have cool stuff. Wedding planner, Decoration man, and DJ were cooperative and friendly. They have ideas out of the box. The food was delicious and mouth-watering. The rooms have nile view. The service is more than perfect.

    Rude staff, Money was taken from my account for a canceled booking, was told it would be refunded within 14 business days. STILL WAITING and its been a month.

    This was the worst stay of my life. To begin, I was given the wrong room upon check in. I booked a room with a balcony. I was given a room without one, that smelt strongly of paint fumes. This issue was resolved when they changed my room. On the third day of my stay, we were having lunch at the VIP lounge which we payed extra for, thinking that it would be clean and that we could eat safely without having to worry about contamination or food cleanliness. However, this was not that case. The buffet had multiple food items that were covered in mold and rot. Unfortunately we did not notice this until after we had eaten. After noticing, we brought this to the attention of the managing chef on duty, who made excuses and did not admit to their mistakes and didn’t try to make it right. I was visiting this hotel with my wife and elderly parents, all of whom woke up the next day vomiting and stuck in the bathroom. They had food poisoning from the food they consumed the night before. We were staying at this hotel to go on a nice vacation and relax, instead, we spent our vacation sick and in the restroom. We were unable to leave our rooms for the rest of the nights because we were reliant on the constant need for a restroom.
