Very disgusting place, was a very bad experience. Very rude and unfriendly staff, not helpful at all. The pictures they post on ads do NOT correspond to what is online. Good thing I can now post what it really looks like. Our bed sheets had blood stains underneath it, hidden under the bed. They lied and said it's dirty chocolate stains. The furniture and facilities are also of a poor/cheap quality, bathroom glass shattered (exploded) while we were in our room and all they had to do about it was sweep it up. Very unhappy and disgusted with this place.

I personally cannot reccomend this place due to the uncleaniess of it. I had dirty sheets with stains and hairs on it. Even one of the towels had a brownish stain on it. I was meant to stay here for two nights but opted to leave after half a night . On a positive note, the place was nestled in the back streets of central Cairo and a 10 minute walk from Tahrir square.

This hotel is not easy to find. It took the uber driver a long time to find the place. She had to ask people for directions. Once we got there the entrance of the place was run down. It looked like an abandoned place. It did not look good. We went up and the lady at reception was lovely. Showed us the room and we settled. We ordered the hotel driver to take us to the airport the next day. The lady said our booking included breakfast and she would arrange a take away as we would be leaving before the official breakfast time. The day we were leaving, we waited for the driver. He didn't arrive at the allocated time. We were worried as we wanted to make sure we got to the airport on time. We said that we would like a refund and we would order an uber. We receptionist kept ringing the driver as he didn't want to loose the money paid. The driver arrived 40 mins late. As we were waiting we asked for the breakfast. We got coffee then as we were leaving the receptionist charged us for the coffee saying it was not the allocated free breakfast time. The hotel charged us in which ever way they could. I would not recommend this hotel. The bathroom in the bedroom was not good. It was not private at all. Overall not a good experience

We booked the hotel at $27, but when we reach the hotel, the staff told us they only left 1 room which cost $45. We forced to take it due to most of the others hotel were also fully booked. When we check out the next day, only found out that the room we stayed, only cost around $30 informed by another staff. The guy who in charged has cheat us $15. The rooms mostly too old and broken. Broken heater, broken lights and toilet doors as well.

Worst experience! Apart from the location there is nothing nice about this hotel. The first room they gave us had broken furniture/mirror. The bathroom is attached to bedroom and is open. The water was dripping and it was so annoying. When we complained at the front desk they took their own time and told us we can move to a deluxe room for 7$ extra. This new room had a broken AC and very Dusty

Dirty floor and smelly bathroom, water was coming out through the bathroom structure. Bed was nice and clean, staff were friendly.

Stayed here approximately 6 years ago. The hotel was very basic, but our rooms were clean. It isn’t the best entrance as we were walking in and I was harrassed daily by the guy at the stand near the entrance. He would try talk to us & we were polite but when he wasn’t getting the attention he wanted was verbally abusive. The staff were actually really helpful & breakfast was very basic but it filled our bellies. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was certainly ‘an experience!’ The bathroom needs to be changed as the lack of privacy was very awkward, not to mention how unhygienic it was being open at the top. It’s frosted glass with gaps so not great. Even as a couple I wouldn’t be comfortable with it! Never again!

A fair stay . Good AC. Clean room. The bed was not that comfy. The bathroom is literally inside the room and seperated by a glass wall. The staff are helpful

Location is great. Food and commute nearby. Very safe too because of national bank next door. Hotel is clean and the credit goes to Omnia. Friendly host. If you are planning a visit to Cairo this is the place to stay.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The staff asked us to leave because we're egyptians!!! Apperently, the hotel only hosts foreigners and no one told us before hand. We came a very long way to stay in this hotel and then they told us while scanning our IDs that egyptians aren't allowed to stay in!! They must be non-Cairoians!!! Right..we got no prob with that bit for the receptionist "Yasser" to tell us just stay the night n will find u another accomodation the morning after coz u have become our guests, then another receptioist "Omnia" tells us in the morning we must leave coz it will cause them a very big problem n that it will be very difficult to find us another stay..she claimed we told her colleague we r from Alex n they accepted us in for that! Liars..U guys are true liars n u know that! Now enjoy the 600 pounds u collected coz u will bear them in hell!! Hahahahaha Avoid going there even if you are forginer the staff is just very rude and unprofessional!!

We are currently being kicked out because are Cairo residence. They never informed us before hand when we were making the reservation on the phone. The staff is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They didn't even look up alternatives for us.
