The first time we’ve been to this mall was back in 2007. I was amazed to see that it still holds it’s value today! The mall is well kept and very clean. Even though there are now many other new shopping malls in or around Cairo, this place is still booming and has some of the world’s top brands. We spent an entire day shopping at this mall and we didn’t even get to finish it all! That is how massive this mall is. The food court has many options to choose from. Some are better than others of course so choose wisely! The restrooms are somewhat clean and well kept. Ver beautiful mall, and one of the biggest in the country. The mall is located in Heliopolis and it’s one of the first big malls in Egypt, it has everything from A to Z in terms of brands, restaurants, cafes, entertainment, Cinema, etc.. I would recommend visiting it.

For Egypt standards this is like a world class mall. We were so happy to walk in here to find a variety of restaurants and food joints we could eat from. Our experience at Downtown was horrendous. The food court was always kept clean amid a cleaner "demanding" for money but hey if you keep it clean the way you do then you deserve some cash.

This mall is an amazing spot to spend the day. It got A LOT of restaurants, cafés and a nice cinéma. I definitely recommend it!

It was my first time visiting City stars mall and we actually went to the Arab-African international bank. It has a snow city where you can take pictures in snow and there are some slides and swings and some adventures. There are unlimited number of cafes and restaurants. The place has a good atmosphere however he can get a little too tight on the weekends, very good shopping variety. However, you may be able to notice how aging the building is, and how it certainly feels from an era back. Parking is easily accessible however at the time of this review it’s 10 pounds per hour which is relatively expensive when compared to other free parking options at different malls. It can be a family enjoyable spot however there in mind that smoking is permitted inside the mall and it can be quite a bit uncomfortable if you are not used to it.

Based on my last visit, I didn't like the place at all and I decided not to go shopping there again. The place was so crowded with a very limited selection of products in many clothes shops. I had a big issue to move between the shops to find the brands that I wanted to visit although I downloaded and used the city stars map on the app. It actually didn't help at all as it didn't give me clear real time instructions. I think that going to some other malls with clearer structure would save me a lot of time and effort to visit same brands and more number of stores.

Wow, very modern and hip mall. This place is huge, and one of the few places in Egypt my girlfriend wasn't harassed for wearing western summer clothing that showed a bit of skin.

City stars is a wonderful mall where you can do shopping, skating, watch movies in a good cinema and finally if you're hungry you will find very excellent various collections of restaurants and cafes.

All surrounding streets are no parking and sometimes one-way and sometimes not. They still charge for underground parking while all new malls don't, and the spaces are too narrow for any car to avoid door dings getting in and out. Many shops there close or transfer to a smaller place. The food court became a mess since they transferred it to its new location. You're not allowed to take your shopping cart past a cordoned area around the hypermarket, and depending on where you parked you may have to walk the trolley in the parking lot a lot to get to your car.

My all time favorite mall, it is perfectly situated between Heliopolis and Nasr City, easily reachable with multiple bus lines that pass through the area. The mall itself is quite huge, has all the international brands as well as the local ones, 2 food courts, a hypermarket, a snow park, cinemas, high end restaurants and cafés. It also has underground parking spaces which are usually sufficient during weekdays.

My first time n wow it's wow good environment u get everything inside though I was in hurry so I only went few shops but love it very much. ...have your wallet loaded 🤩
