An excellent Mall on Suez Road It’s clean, easy to walk around, very organized and hardly ever crowded. Well maintained and the coffee shops/restaurant outdoors area is amazing,there are plenty of different stores of variable famous brands. Staff is helpful and the best part is the food and drinks selection, unlike any other place in Egypt. Highly recommend it... Our favorite new hangout when in New Cairo. A new , modern, fun mall with amazing clean toilets too. Lots of delicious food options, entertainment zones for kids (gravity centre and magic planet) . Fashion , food, coffee, dessert, cosmetics, lingerie, carrefour, electronics, furniture - it’s all here! Not too crowded compared to other Cairo malls if you visit before 6pm. Easy to get Careem and Uber at easily accessible points in the car parks.🌷

Easy access from Suez Road, large parking spaces, many international and local brands shops, cafes and restaurants. I like to hang out with family and friends there. Paul cafe is my favorite cafe and restaurant along with Dickey’s Barbecue Pit restaurant for smoked meat. City Centre Almaza is as spacious and well-decorated as any other of Al Futaim's projects. And it offers a FREE parking - much to counter the greed in the rest of Egypt. The mall has a high ceiling, two levels and a regal atrium with ample skylights to light it up the entire day. However, instead of clear glass skylights that let the heat get trapped inside, the frosted glass would have been better for diffused lighting and to counter the heat from the sun. There is a cinema (IMAX - however, questionable in services), a children's arcade and play area, a supermarket, a food court, several gourmet restaurants, cafés and ice cream parlours, apart from a plethora of high-street and standard shopping experiences all under one roof. As good as it is, it still lacks fast and free Wi-Fi, which is not a luxury but a necessity in today's age. It also lacks benches and sitting places for the visitors. The showrooms should also offer a mandatory sitting place for visitors. It's very easy to walk through the spacious corridors and showrooms while shopping to one's delights and later getting a respite in the food court or one of the restaurants.

Great shopping mall, alfuttaim group always do a good job building malls, capitalism at its best. Go there and spend some money so you can satisfy your only purpose in life is to buy & consume merchandise and you did it, you didn't ask questions or raise ethical complaints you just looked into the bleeding jaws of capitalism and said 'yes daddy please' and I'm so proud of you, I only wish you could have bought more, I love buying things so much.

One of the best Malls in great Cairo .... A lot of brands, very good food court and above all a huge branch of Carrefour. By the way you also have to take a break and take your preferred coffee from your favorite cafe, for me I prefer Starbucks.

Well, I short time the mall gained an excellent reputation, due to the fact is parking spots avilability, 3 levels and different exists to different major roads. Amazing place though on the smaller size with great movie screens. Update when leaving the cinema after a midnight show, all the toilets were locked and all the gates to the parking were locked except one, the administration need to inform their staff to direct movie goers accordingly, coz the last thing you need after a 3 hours film is to be running from bathroom to another then trying to find your car only to realise you have to circle the entire mall once again.
