I'm a member at TFC. during my membership I faced more than one bothering problem. first I struggled to get my own orientation, nutration and massage sessions ... every time I'm asking to reserve my sessions the reciptionist say that the responsable person will call you, then no one is calling ...when I complained several time he claimed that my number is incorrect and they was trying to reach me ..even I was receiving a messages about their offers before I becam a member. then the nutration session was very halerious, after a struggling to get an apointment during the session the guy got a call and then he told me that it not your turn and this timeslot isn't reserved for you! my reaction was aggressive, so he finished the session in 15 min. They are totally un flexible in freezing requests.. The sales representer who is responsible for freezing was very rude and unprofessional.
