Every aspect of this hospital was extremely professional and after being extremely ill for a few weeks, they helped me get matter in a matter of 2 days which was sooner than expected. Perfect in all aspects.

Every thing is outstanding in the Hosptal.. Doctors nursing Crews with different colors and their Supervisors always smiley faces and willing to help . The XRay section in ground floor seems suffering from number of patients or the limited space of work area but they do good job, even Housekeeping making it very clean .and it was an honor to meet Dr Tarek Helmy and his excellent squad .the only drop is the breakfast & Dinner very poor and the quality is very bad they need to be considered even the bread is not eatable . I had a surgery in the hospital and I have been reporting to its clinic for more than a month so here's my review. 1. In terms of the doctors and nurses, they provide the best. Actually, one of the nurses saved my life when she realized that I had a bleeding after the surgery. 2. In terms of medical equipment, I couldn't believe that sucha a hospital doesn't have enough thermal blankets! After the surgery I felt so cold and the doctor asked the nurse to bring a thermal blanket but she explained that they have only two and they are used by other patients!!! 3. In terms of the clinic, it's chaotic! I see patients shouting sometimes. It's not the hospital fault sometimes but they don't provide staff with good customer service skills. Also, the cashier there, first floor, doesn't include visa payments. I noticed a couple of times, that the cashier staff are not on their desks! Except for one of them, M. Talat, I checked his name of the receipt because he was really smart in handling the patients alone, answering all the questions politely and guiding them though it was a busy day and he was alone!! 4. In terms of the preparation before the doctor's appointment, the hospital may consider to reduce the pain and stop this useless service! You can wait for a long time till your turn pops up silently in the screen, I am not sure what will happen if you don't notice it because they won't care to look for you! The nurses answer some of the questions on the medical questionnaire on your behalf! I was shocked when I read the questions that I didn't answer! They don't use the numbers to call the patients sometimes. They ask the patients who are standing in front of the rooms to get in, though it's not as per their procedure. So, don't be shocked if you get your turn late or after along debate with the staff! I hesitated in my review between 3 or 4 4 stars, but I went for 4 because of the doctors and nurses. Yet, I believe for an international hospital, a lot of medical equipment and services required to be improved indeed.

I took my elderly aunt there ans the staff was very professional. The process was quick and efficient but most importantly the people were kind. I do not speak Arabic, but I found most people could speak English which made things easier for me to navigate.
