I had an apointment at noon to do a Bilateral Orbital Ultrasound. After going through with the ultrasound and waiting for the result, the doctor inform me that the machine they have is not good & to go to their other branch to Dr Mona. So I drive to the other branch, takes me 45 min driving. Meet with Dr Mona who inform me that she is not able to do that test, she does not know how although they called her on her mobile & asked before I go. It is 2 pm, the hospital stuff ask me to wait for another doctor at 4 pm ...now it is 5:30 pm and the doctor still did not show up so I left ...worse service ever.

WEH is an amazing hospital. As somebody who has worked in hospitals abroad, my standards were extremely high and WEH has exceed all of my expectations. First, the hospital is extremely clean and well organized. Their procedures are seamless and make your patient experience very stress free.The hospital does an amazing job being efficient and modern while still maintaining a warm and cozy atmosphere. The entire staff is welcoming and hard working. Everybody I came in contact with was always willing to help and answer questions, regardless of how busy they were. On the day of my LASIK procedure, I was extremely nervous and the staff put in an extra effort to comfort me. The entire process was seamless and flowed very well. The real gem of WEH is Dr. Ramy Riad. Dr. Ramy's bedside manner is one I truly appreciate. From my initial consultation, Dr. Ramy thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. On the day of my procedure, Dr. Ramy put in an extra effort to make sure I was comfortable and made sure I was aware of every single step. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Abdallah Hassouna at Al Watany Eye Hospital. Unfortunately, the consultation, lasting only two minutes, left me unsatisfied. I sought information on the suitability of LASIK for my extensive screen-based work in IT. While Dr. Hassouna recommended femto LASIK, there was confusion regarding "the smile." Regrettably, my inquiries about the procedure were not adequately addressed, and I felt a lack of clarity regarding the options available to me.
