السلام
I
am
an
American
and
I
have
had
not
one,
but
two
horrible
experiences
with
dentists
here
in
Egypt.
I
can
say
that
Helio
Dental
gave
my
son
and
I
the
quality
care
and
service
we
needed
and
changed
my
view
of
dental
care
in
Egypt.
My
son
had
fallen
and
knocked
two
of
his
baby
teeth
loose.
Within
a
day
of
the
incident
one
of
the
teeth
had
completely
fallen
out.
At
this
time
he
was
only
a
year
and
a
half
so
I
was
frantically
searching
for
offices
and
inquiring
for
referrals
in
hopes
that
I
could
save
his
teeth.
I
received
not
one
but
two
highly
unprofessional
diagnoses
and
a
few
guesstimates
about
how
things
“could
turn
out”
with
the
remaining
loose
tooth.
To
make
a
long
story
short,
after
9
months
my
sons
tooth
was
still
not
stable
in
the
gum
and
became
a
source
of
constant
anxiety
and
frustration
for
both
him
and
me.
I
was
constantly
wondering
what
fall
is
going
to
dislodge
the
other
tooth.
With
every
fall
I
was
checking
his
mouth
hoping
it
was
still
there.
Not
being
able
to
handle
another
day
of
paranoia
—
I
went
to
Google
and
began
reading
dentist
reviews.
I
came
across
Helio
Dental,
they
had
excellent
reviews,
and
I’m
happy
to
write
one
more.
I
arrived
to
a
clean
and
professionally
prepared
dentist
office,
comparable
with
any
that
I’ve
seen
in
the
West
and
maybe
even
a
bit
more
stylish
lol.
I
paid
200le
for
my
first
visit
and
evaluation.
This
was
also
the
same
price
I
was
charged
at
the
two
inadequate
offices
I
had
visited
previously—
in
Rehab
and
Heliopolis.
This
visit
was
different
from
the
first
moment,
beginning
with
the
fact
that
my
son
had
suffered
a
mouth
trauma
and
they
actually
handled
it
as
it
would
have
been
handled
in
America—
a
mouth
examination
followed
by
an
X-ray!
Neither
of
the
previous
offices
did
an
adequate
evaluation
in
my
opinion
and
they
certainly
did
not
do
an
X-ray!
The
X-ray
confirmed
what
I
always
thought!
The
tooth
was
broken
at
the
root
and
not
loose.
There
was
no
chances
it
would
re-stabilize.
It
was
broken
just
past
the
view
of
the
gum
line
but
hadn’t
severed
the
nerves
and
connective
tissue.
The
tooth
was
literally
hanging
by
a
thread!
In
follow
up
appointments
Helio
tried
several
times
to
do
the
extraction
of
the
tooth
in
office
using
local
anesthetic.
They
talked
with
my
son,
played
with
him,
gave
him
toys
and
tried
by
every
means,
but
he
was
only
two
and
a
half
and
not
willing
to
cooperate.
There
were
two
appointments
we
were
never
even
charged
for,
since
the
procedure
was
unsuccessful.
In
the
end
my
son
needed
to
have
the
root
and
tooth
extracted
under
sedation.
Helio
arranged
a
hospital
room
and
an
anesthesiologist
for
my
son’s
procedure.
The
hospital
was
likewise
clean
and
professional.
The
procedure
took
about
an
hour
and
finally
put
an
end
to
all
of
this.
About
4
months
have
passed
since
my
sons
extraction
and
I
am
ever
grateful.
He
is
back
to
playing
and
living
fearlessly...
which
may
or
may
not
be
good
for
him
lol
😂
I
am
happy
to
finally
take
the
time
to
write
this
well
deserved
review.
I
have
literally
recommended
them
to
every
expat
I
know
and
have
met
here
in
Egypt
since
then.
I
can
honestly
say
this
office
was
a
blessing
for
me
and
my
family
and
I
truly
hope
your
experience
will
be
as
positive
as
mine.
