Don’t waste your time and money by going there , they ripped me off with my money . They make you pay in advance and over sell them self of what they are capable of doing but the truth is ,, they have no experience in dental only in philosophy .and they refused to give me a refund , they ripped me off of $35,000.00 Egyptian pound . They are crooks .

I went there to do a check up as they were one of the service providers on my insurance company. They said I had to do panorama X-ray as part of the check up, then they said that there’s two teeth that need work. So I agreed. They totally damaged them and I wasn’t able to eat, so I went to them back saying I can’t eat on both side now, although I was fine before. They said Oka another doctor will have a look on the job done, he said we need to do it again. He did the job again, coz it was done bad( this what he said ) After couple of days I called them I said I can’t eat again!!! so I went back pain still going after 3 weeks. I had to go to real doctor not commercial clinic, and he did everything again from scratch. They ask you to write a good review, and they keep insisting, that’s what they are really good at.

I went to Shiny White at Nasr City, after being lost to who to go to, I needed to take care of multiple issues in my teeth and did not know where to start. From the time I called the whole team took care of me and all my concerns, they presented me with a detailed plan and cost. I was concerned because I had a trip planned soon. They offered to start right away which they did, from one speciality to the next I was done with almost all the work that can be done now. I just finished with my beautiful new bridge today. Excellent, professional work caring people with easy communication that I did not find any where else. Thank you to all the team, much appreciated.

I have been attending the clinic since the end of December 2019, unfortunately C19 put a halt on my treatment of dental implants and bridge work for 10 months. Now, finally I have been able to get it all completed. Originally my implants were done by the top implant specialist in UK, in my city of Liverpool. Ironically the Shiny White team was lead by Dr. Mo Sarah. The whole process was excellent and everyone was very friendly throughout. 10/10 and results much better than what I ever expected. I’ve been calling and texting on WhatsApp but I can’t get nowhere with the staff all I need was my implant information I got an implant done at this office a few years ago and it needs to be replaced but it seems like I’m asking for too much it’s very unprofessional I was told the only way they can let me know is if I can come in for a consultation, I’m all the way in the us I can’t just book a flight to get some information…

i’ve done a lot with them, from your every day dental problems to very specific stuff like root canals, the dental clinic itself is very clean, and everyone there is very professional, especially Mr. Ahmad Sameer, who is the one handling all of the financials

Staff are really friendly and keep you updated ASAP. The doctors and assistants seem to all speak English. They are very clean and hygienic and the work I've done so far on my teeth has been impeccable. It might be considered a little bit on the expensive side but I think it's worth the money.

I am glad I received such an excellent service fromthe clinic and specially the excellent welcome and induction from Dr Mai, and the great, dedicated and huge effort of Dr Mahmoud Roshdy, the experience is great, and the prices are literally a return on investment. I had a bone graft surgery 4 years ago and till now I feel discomfort on my lower Jaw, and I checked with an american surgeon and he mentioned my nerves were affected in the surgery. Besides that I also had to wait for too much time before the surgery! Shady!
