Quality wise it wasn’t worthy the price. Very slow service as well and with some wrong orders. We were offered to go to the terrace, and even though there were some tables, they gave us the one behind without the view. There is also an included service fee that is quite high.

Nox is a rooftop at the Nile Ritez The place looks old and needs renovation specially the indoor area , the outdoor area is great and have a very nice view to the Nile and to Tahrir Square with a good atmosphere. My wife and I were looking for a quick evening bite after a long trip from Paris. We sat outside and captured the sunset over the Nile and were pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the service was excellent and the view... The next morning we got breakfast with an amazing selection of, well... everything!

Food and service were terrible. Ordered a Ribeye steak and got lamb instead, which is an honest misteak. When I got the steak it was well done instead of the medium rare that i ordered and the side dish was french fries instead of mashed potatoes that I ordered. My friends ordered chicken with teriyaki sauce but the sauce was never in included.

On the first night in Cairo, still jet-lagged from the fight, we had dinner at Nox. Although the decor at first put us off (black walls with dim purple and pink lights) the food was very good. A filet was cooked exactly to order, and the staff managed a party of seven, separate checks, and Gluten-free without difficulty. They encouraged us out onto the roof to see the spectacular view of the Nile at night. Very good food, service and price in downtown Cairo.

Great service and pretty nice views :) This is one of the few places (3 at the most and all hotel lounges) in Cairo where they know how to make cocktails. They nail the dirty martini (my favorite drink) with just a dash of brine and not too wet and they have their own angostura mixture for the Old Fashioned (another classic - that I have yet to try here).

Service & Experience was a disaster! Food had been delayed, arrived cold and the taste wasn’t good .. and it was simply some past dishes! .. some items were missed & billed! .. spoke to the manager out there .. nothing changed with the new order and came late again. All wut have been was a complementary hot drink to 4 of us .. however, we were already 11. Hygiene isn’t the greatest thing ever!!!! The food was being served by the waiter & Chief, and during speaking, no mask was on the faces. Zero recommendation ... I won’t recommend it to any of my friends for dinner, lunch or events.

The place is good and the staff are friendly... but in the bar they put some rules which it not good and this rules make most of the regular gust whom they like to come and have drink and when we bring our drink the charge us and we understand that but they they charge u again on the next day for the same bottle another charge this really not fare... I am not talking about the money I am talking how they treat there regular gust in bad way... and the manger can't do anything... for my self instead I come every day after work... now I stop and not recommend any to do that... the idea bad treatment to there gust from Manger when we try to talk to him..
