Worst trips ever! Cairo-Matruh (Business DD): opposite to what they claim to offer on board; No WiFi, no Food, no drink. Departed 15mins late then stopped before Cairo-Alex gate for 45mins waiting for 2 passengers who missed the bus. To recover part of the delay the driver drove over their 100km speed limit most of the way with sharp maneuvers and hard bumps. Matruh-Alex (Super Go D): departed late 15mins with awful w/c smell from the beginning of the trip, and NO WiFi, customer service reapond by apologizing and informing that the WiFi service is not working on board of all their buses. Alex-Cairo (Super Go D): starting with 40mins late departure, missing curtains, screens not working, no WiFi and on top of these NO A/C, some flies, and if somebody opened the W/C door we all suffer the horrible smell for at least 10mins. It was imprisonment under torture for 3 hours. Again customer service appologized and posted a complaint.

About this particular office - good thing I got ticket I asked for, but the staff doesn't know what real customer service means. No courtesy, I was forced to pay in cash and I didn't got a change - 40 EGP... About GoBus in general: 1. I couldn't buy some tickets via website nor in mobile app. I tried many times, I contacted their support, but they never replied. At the end I had to go to their ticket office. 2. Buses should be modern as it's a new company, but they are already neglected. 3. In theory there's a toilet in a bus, but in practice it's impossible to use it. 4. Trip from Cairo to Alexandria took more than 4 hours instead of 3 hours. First, we left with 20 minutes delay. Then we waited like 30 minutes on second bus stop, don't know why. At the end, even though we were 50 minutes late, a driver decided to take a break 1 hour drive from Alexandria. In theory it should be the most modern bus company in Egypt. In practice it's like any other.

USB charger is not working, The tables are not stable. The toilet is not clean. The driver was good, and we arrived safe

The best way to go to Alexandria from Cairo. As a tourist it was much better than than trying to get the train.

Cairo to Alexandria experience was good but while coming we 4 booked business class. We were given earphone but driver never switch ON display screen. So it was useless. Not expected from Go Bus.

Rated 4 ✨ because the overall of this company is well but there will be always better .. not all buses are comfort in traveling and not all stations based on excellent standards.. Nice place for rent Bus and shuttle, also in right place in the middle capitals of egypt and cairo

Good service, only downside is that I dragged my bags across the street to bus stop, why would company's worker ask me for a tip? Using this exact word "For your bags to arrive safe, give something" The driver smokes on the bus!!

Best travel on north of Atlantic ocean.very comfortable and keeps time

Although it is in a good location as in the center of downtown which make it very accessible by all means, but the station itself is not in good condition specially for people who like to go early and wait for long periods.

When you arrive here from Hurghada this is actually in a car park on the highway, very chaotic if you have never been here before and with no facilities. However it was easy for me to get a taxi for my onward travel.

It was a great experience for my last trip in marsa alam .. imagine that u don't have to think about the transportation from Go bus station till reaching your Hotel and same for return .. just u have to inform the supervisor and he will help you.

It was terrible.when going from marina to fifth settlement in 23/8/2022 the chair infront of me was inclined backwards i asked the client to return it to its original position he agreed then midway the client asked the driver who said that it is ok and the bus can tolerate that when i called the call centre all he would do that he told me that he will make a complaint and nobody called for three weeks ,throughout i called them several times cause i deserved a refund for the inconvenience and the answer was that it will be raised to the manager till they finally called me to say that the will punish the driver without any conpensation for the extremeely uncomfortable trip when i told him that go bus will later be my last choice and asked him to end the call the called me 5 monutes later to offer a refund on every tocket we booked in this trip(we were 7 2 of us had this experience)so i cant imagine that a company like this will just treat clients complaints that if the dont follow it or if the dont raise their voice nothing will be done.

So bad service, buss always late for 2 hours. We have booked most expensive buss to go comfortable far distance and there was WIFI not work because they forgot to recharge and when we back it was not work too. Although we booked this buss with WIFI because i need to work by laptop. I can say that they are take big money but not give service. So no difference you pay 1300 pounds per seats or 400 pounds.

I booked round trip from Port Said city to Cairo,then after I asked them to go back Port Said city, they asked me to pay more money 👌 I don't know why! Different class or something special. Also it's not fair to wait the bus 3 hours. And also I paid more money for the same class.

The bus was very comfortable and the elite bus was fantastic the price was slightly high but compared to the service it's very acceptable

It is a convenient place to book a trip where you can find a seat at any given time, the place is air conditioned and has seats for waiting and not usually busy. They even have online booking. Totally recommended

Crowded and messy place. Had to go to their office, cause we couldn't book tickets via their app . They sold me tickets for the wrong date .. had to go back to change it. This company is not delivering what it promise. When calling their customer service behave nicely but somehow dumb. Buses are very old. In some of them AC not working. They put TV very loud. Means you can't rest or sleep. The staff(driver and assistants were begging for tip when we boarded in Cairo tahrir station. Very disappointing.

Very central and serve trips to all other cities in Egypt. Go Bus schedule used to be accurate, but this time the bus was very late to departure (about 1 hour late). Their was an issue with our Elite D.D. bus so the company changed our bus to an Elite Plus (which is slightly cheaper) without a refund of the difference. It was a first time to encounter something like this with Go Bus.

The office is working well but the drivers and the bus is very bad. The driver was saying 15 min rest and then we wait him for 30 min to discover that he is eating we have to push him for drive every time he make a stop. The bus every 10 sets only one have a charger input working. Also the bus looks old and need maintenance we keep hear voices. I don't recommend it but i heard an eygption say it is the best bus company they have.

they have so many system bugs, I reserved a single passenger seat, and I found they changed the place without my permission the worst in all egypt

A bit disappointed. Some of the things promised on this ride were not provided. Also the pick up location isn't great. Running across the highway away from the actual Go Bus center. It seemed several local people got on the bus as well. I'll avoid this type of travel in the future. Not worth the extra I paid. At least the ride actually went were it said it would. Found some people that knew English taking the route as well.

Great experience … used them for “Aero” level (the highest they have) from Cairo to Hurghada … absolutely worth it .. luxurious seats with clean bathroom and very friendly trip attendant .. the 6 hours trip was absolute fun and relaxing. The only drawback is the space between the chairs that makes your move out of it a bit hard yet while you are setting it’s very comfy. Good value vs. cost .. absolutely recommended if money is not an issue (ticket cost 600 EGP approximately).

Gets you cheaply from one place to another. Constantly blare loud films when you are trying to sleep overnight. Staff try to scam tourists by trying to charge them a service charge just for putting your bag on the bus for 200egp. Don't pay it. Also we were given a free food ticket for one of the stop offs and had to pay for it after we ordered.

It's either a good experience or a horrible experience I've had with go bus. I just recently tried this service for the first time so this is based on two trips only. Traveling from Cairo the bus arrives late about 15 minutes or more. To add insult to injury we had to switch busses in another station for some reason let's just call it incompetence. Finally to make things worst we started leaving Cairo an hour late. If you can't keep your own schedule, that's a zero stars experience in my book. What is good though the bus (super go class) was comfortable enough (leg room with foot rest) had all the utilities (in trip entertainment and on board WC) but was missing USB ports for charging. On the way back to Cairo the bus left the station at the appropriate time (which is 5 or 10 minutes after the scheduled departure). On the other hand the ac above the chairs was not adjustable and kept closing on its own and the bus (classic class) generally looked like it needs maintenance. To sum up, as usual with any service in Egypt, things could have been a lot better with a little thoughtfulness and maintenance. I went in with high expectations -my fault- that's why I gave it 2 stars but it's an ok service. If you factor in the number of trips everyday it's the go to option for traveling in Egypt.

Reservation: At the 24 hour counter you need to first take a number and wait for your turn. The employee helped us select the correct type of bus and time along with our seat on the bus. Cash is the only acceptable payment method but I heard that the website may accept credit cards. Timing and experience: While getting my ticket, multiple busses were departing on time at 6 pm. The elite plus bus is the best type out there (getting a/c and tv. Price: Cairo to Alexanderia round trip costs 210 pounds

Go Bus is a good transport company.It has lots of good buses that reach different distinctions all over Egypt. Prices are good. Vehicles are new, modern and punctual.

I paid extra money to go to Alexandria and the bus was very old On my way back cheaper ticket and a much better bud

Needs a better AC the place is most likely gonna be busy so you will need a mask because you have a higher chances of getting corona
