Very nice on the go coffee. Staff there is so good and friendly. I highly recommend it for small meeting or a quick coffee since the place is not the big.. the american coffee with milk on the side is the best.

One of the best bakery in Zamalek. They have various type of cakes, sweets, bread. My husband love raspberry cheese cake here. They have tables inside so you can get some cakes with coffee. But capacity is very limited so always busy😂 According to my husband coffee is okay. Nice staffs indeed and authentic interior.

Greatest Kunafa I've ever tried, best in Egypt - the mango and cream version i mean ❤️ The traditional one is also nice, but mango one rocks. Their eclairs r also superb, but thats far not everything tbey offer in the shop, the choice of sweets and savories is huge. Defo give a try if ur around Zemalek, one of the best pastry shops I've tried in Cairo, fair for tourists, not cheating.

I have been here for only 2 days when someone on the street told me to visit the oldest cafe in town. They told me this quaint cafe sold the best coffee around here. Zamalek is an upmarket place and Simmonds fits into that upmarket environment. This historical coffe shop sells a lovely selection of cakes, sweets, and now, ice cream. Lovely place to hang out, however, it is not a budget coffee connoisseurs bucket list cafe.

Tiny and very noisy place. You barely will have place to set. And when you are lucky to have it. You will get disturbed frequently by people want to pass between tiny spaces between the tables. And we tried many desserts, none of them we liked. At the end, you will not enjoy the experience.

Simonds It is truly a wonderful place. It is a discovery in the center of Cairo, specifically the famous upscale Zamalek neighborhood. It is a place that holds very special memories for me. One of my favorite bakeries in the world. The cheesecake, chocolate torte and fruit tarts are simply amazing. The entrance with the elevator that takes you from outside to downstairs inside is an experience in itself. They are always so nice and we have the finger pointing down pack. The cafe is very decent and comfy. I went @ about 9 am. It was so quite with low classical music. Was great for a read in the early morning. I had a latte and a hallom croissant. and a blue cheese croissant. I'm not a coffee person so I can't judge the latte, but I think it was decent. The croissants were great, but little small for what i expected but i guess it was good for the price. My friend had a Philadelphia croissant, but she didn't like it very much i guess it's a personal taste though.
