She took a very long phone call managing something of her own business while I was waiting there with the items infront of me and had to wait till she finishes to ask my questions. She wasted my time and did not offer any help like trying to see if the item on the website is available or not and she denied they have it all together which turned to be wrong as was proved by the maadi store. I was quite disappointed that the treatment could vary as such in one of the high end brands.
